Off topic, I've got a question for you, Ikke and RayTunes: How is it like in Holland with drugs? I've got in an argument with my cousins, see. I don't know, guys, I can't figure the granny as the final boss, that would be obvious. She's not even in the land of the dead...she's under rayman's treehouse.
Also, if you were able to beat the granny, who doesn't look like a boss serious enough , then rayman wouldn't really change his personality THAT drastically. He needs a epic boss, that shows him the importance of being serious and start thinking. That boss should be hard enough and THAT traumatic to make rayman think less about himself and think more about his people. Beating up the granny would just turn him into a dick, because everything the granny wanted was some silence.

The Land of the Dead is full of zombies. The granny is a zombie. The Land of the Dead is directly beneath Rayman’s house. The granny is directly beneath Rayman’s house. Not sure where you’re going with that one. I don’t see how a final boss can be too ‘obvious’. Do you think Razorbeard was too obvious to be the final boss of Rayman 2? Who says that Rayman’s development as a character has to hinge directly on how cool the final boss is? Origins is a silly game with silly characters. Just because the granny is silly-looking does not mean that she will not be a vicious and horrendously powerful enemy. Beating up the granny wouldn’t be out of character, as we’ve already seen Rayman and his friends tormenting the meditating fakirs. I would say that the granny could be held responsible for invading the Glade of Dreams and attempting to destroy it. Her motives are not relevant; she is evil.

Also, if all that spiraldoor said was true (mr. dark appearing before the credits) then michel ancel is an asshole, because he promised to give (rumored) mr. dark an appeareance in the second trailer. That would disappoint the fans. Also, is pointless, I mean, showing the ending in the trailer?

That was a really stupid thing to say. Just because you don’t like one aspect of the game’s story doesn’t make the designer an ‘asshole’; you sound like Sabertooth circa June 2010. I don’t remember Ancel promising Mr Dark an appearance in the second trailer – and I don’t see why I should care but the brilliant twist suggested by Bloodgrey certainly wouldn’t ‘disappoint’ me. I’d be exhilarated to find such a powerful piece of storytelling in a children’s platformer. Just because you don’t like it doesn’t make it bad. And who cares if they showed the ending in the trailer? We had absolutely no context, so it doesn’t matter. If my theory is correct, the shot of Mr Dark on the hilltop will have vastly different meaning when we view the preceding events (the corruption of our Teensy friend).

Don't get what I say in a bad way, spiral, all you said was pure genius, and I loved the idea, but with the second trailer showing (rumored) mr.dark, I think that's almost impossible, unless they wanted to ruin the game, and I doubt that because Michel Ancel is a F*CKING HERO.

I’m not sure what you mean – what difference does it make if Mr Dark appeared in the second trailer? It obviously didn’t ruin the game, because we’re still debating what will happen in it. Having a great story is more important than whether or not there were spoilers in the trailers.
