MWAHAHA, I just leeched a gigabyte download off of the IBS hotel's wifi, and I managed to download Maya 2012 on my Macbook. I'll try to work on some models and animations/cinematics.

Oh, ffs, for some reason my Mac is asking me to insert a password to access the Admin account in order to install Maya. I never set a password!

will that's mac for you you cant make funny error mistakes or reset your computer every time you move your mouse like in windows but you can get eye rape by the passwords

Indeed (rest in peace Strawberry Shortcake), I'll have to probably wait until I get back home to reset this "password" using the install CD they call "Mac Media." Although by that point I might as well use 3Ds Max. However this means that I would be able to model wherever I go.
