It is found in the area right before Rayman battles the Leptys-empowered Reflux. When Rayman walks down the final corridor before the confrontation atop the Tower, he passes a section of wall flanked by two Knaaren statues. Sometimes this wall slides open, revealing the entrance to the secret area.

Question 10 - Describe the places where Rayman can perform the Rain Dance in Rayman Revolution.

Well, I know of two of them already, but I'm not that far. However, I will decribe what the places look like in general:
A place where you can perform a raindance is either marked by a small purple bush or by the tip of a plant sticking out of the ground. The bush has transparent clouds hovering above it and the plant has magical sparks orbiting around its tip. Upon rain dance, the plant grows and spawns a flower which can be stood upon, while the bush simply grows in size, allowing Rayman to hide inside and become his alter-ego, the Big-Nosed Bush.
