There's one in the next room when you go straight right from the start. turn around to the wall and look up above a statue.

Well, the gnome (dwarft) combo is really hard to make, I couldn't do it at all

Me neither.

If Rayman 3 had "Quick Save" system like Oddworld: Abe's Exoddus and Oddworld: Munch's Oddysee it would make things much more easier.

But that would make scoring incredibly easy and dull. Could you imagine how boring (albeit less frustrating) the game would be if players could quick-save after every combo?

You're raising an excellent point. I developed similar thoughts occasionally, but still, in the long run I'd clearly prefer the sense of accomplishment when managing something incredibly hard and long, even if it costs a lot of nerves and can cause frustation. It's part of the gameplay.

By the way, how it's going with the disks? Do you think you'll have the equipment to replay soon and have another shot at 105000 in TOTL? :P

I'm ordering a new disk from eBay, so I should be able to replay levels fairly soon. After TLOTLD I don't know if I'll have sufficient enthusiasm to have another shot at TTOTL. To be honest I'm not even sure if this fantasy score of 105000+ is actually possible.

How is your scoring going, Mountain Goat? :P

That's why I at the same time prefer the game to not have a quick save mode for the same reasons as you pointed, Xenon. :)

I would arrive a point I would feel bored too.

Since that kind of system does not exist, I can also say I'm proud of having accomplished the score I have (although it is way down compared to some players here  ).

Its way better than my lacklustre score, though being in the top 100 is a great honour in itself.
