I think he may be referring to how the coding works. I'm not sure, MDT, I always look at what the other people did on other pages and steal that same formatting. Like so, I know that [[TEXT]] refers to a page named TEXT, if I'm not mistaken. Just try to copy the style people used to create other Wiki pages if you want to add some.
