Well, by a lack of tolerance I mean those states are heavily opinionated, value harsh punishment for crimes, and are quite intolerant of other people's beliefs, as they are heavily Christian communities.
i know i use to live in Georgia and got 1 year of juvenile detention for having a gun in my backpack (dumb ass pig farmer rednecks(no offense if your from there))
Um, I actually find that somewhat reasonable. 1) In Canada, owning a gun is illegal unless you're a member of the RCMP (Royal Canadian Mountain Police), no exceptions. 2) Why the fuck do you have a gun in the first place?
If a teenager was found with a fun in their backpack over here, they'd be expelled from school and sent to juvee for at least a year. We don't have weapon stores. You need self defense? There are plenty of alternative methods that won't end up killing or seriously wounding someone.

lol "you said fun" and it was for protection considering i was in the worst part of there at the time anyway but i mean come on the clips were blanks. and you live in Canada i thought it was Paris and in Mississippi i got cough with a gun and i got suspended for 6 months.
Aww, you crossed out Kentucky? That makes sense, but I really wanted to try out the original KFC. The KFC in Israel is horrible. I mean, it's... it's.. BLEAAAARGGHHHEGHJITRGJ!!!
It's terrible.
Don't try it.
Ever.
Also, I'm hoping for a real change in the world, for a change. When I was in India, my aunt said that the India she went to when she was young is long gone, so that means it's in a process of westernization. There's a long process of legalizing drugs in Israel, and I hope to die in a world where drugs are allowed everywhere. I'm hoping that when I finish the army, there won't be any red line in America.

I edited my post. I'll quote the addition I put:

It's not like guns are the only way to fend people off. THEY'RE ATTACKING MEH SO I NEED A GUN TO STOP THEM! What about pepper spray? What about something that doesn't seriously injure someone?

This, this and this again.

Your logic makes absolutely no sense in this context. If there were no guns in the first place then no one would be shooting anyone.

I don't think it's entirely unreasonable to walk around with a gun if your safety is constantly being threatened. If you're unfortunate enough to live in a society where people do walk around with guns and shoot people, you are unfortunate enough to be forced to carry proportionate protection.
By the way guys, could you please sort out your messy quotes!

Please give us some more detail. You brought a fucking gun into a school, and you blame ‘rednecks’ for having a problem with this?

You’re right there. If someone pulled a gun on me, their well-being wouldn’t exactly be at the forefront of my mind. Guns beat pepper spray. However, the way you were walking around with a gun in your bag would have made you look like some kind of criminal rather than someone who was trying to defend himself.

hell yeah just because i did not have a religion i got punished to the fullest extent of the law
I think many people misinterpreted my point. My point was that if guns were illegal, no one would need a gun to defend themselves. Guns were legalized for the purpose of self defense (as far as I know), and it's only created a giant troublesome paradox.

well i mean i went to a inter city school there were alawys gun shootings and stabbings.
That sounds unpleasant. May I suggest a course of action that will at least help you to solve this problem?
This is really simple. For this simple two-part procedure you only need two things: The American Constitution and a pair of scissors. This is what you do:
Take the American Constitution in one hand, and your pair of scissors in the other.
Use the scissors to cut out the Second Amendment from the Constitution.
This would help. A lot.
And like Xenon said: Sort out your quotes. There's no need to quote the entire conversations when you're only responding to the last thing that was said. I'll fix that last one for you.

So there’s a statute in Georgia that gives religious people immunity to charges of gun crime?

Banning guns won’t make them magically disappear off the face of the planet. Criminals will always find ways to acquire them. I live in a country where guns are not legal, and people still get shot.
