Re: The Portal thread
Cool! If anyone want's my steam, it's Master4lyf1, same as my RPC name.
Note I only have Portal 2 on PS3, so if you play with me on PC, it would be through cross-platform play.

it's pretty funny
Re: The Portal thread
I tried it out for the first time yesterday with Clara, I also did a bit with DesLife too.
From what I've played until now, the co-op is quite good. I haven't any complains about it until now.

Re: The Portal thread
VALVe announced that they are interested in the Wii U. Rumour has it that they wan't to re-release Portal.
Re: The Portal thread
That would be interesting to see how the gameplay would change.RayTunes wrote:VALVe announced that they are interested in the Wii U. Rumour has it that they wan't to re-release Portal.

Not really.Haruka wrote:That would be interesting to see how the gameplay would change.RayTunes wrote:VALVe announced that they are interested in the Wii U. Rumour has it that they wan't to re-release Portal.
In fact, it would change so little; it'd be easy to make a homebrew version.

Re: The Portal thread
Yeah I can't see how the gameplay would change for Portal. However if it was TF2 or HL then you could use the touchscreen to change weapons maybe? Along with your health bar etc.
Re: The Portal thread
HL + Wii U = EPIC!

HL+PC=Where it started.
Seriously, Half life may get ported onto consoles, but the PC version's will always reign supreme.
I'm not sure how you'd be able to play Portal on a Wii U, given it's controller's ergonomics.

Re: The Portal thread
Thinking about it now, knowing Valve they'd propbably use the touchscreen for the shop so people can buy hats while they play.

Re: The Portal thread
Or, always on Steamworks.
That would be nice, but knowing Nintendo, they'd probably not allow Steamworks integration.

Re: The Portal thread
Speaking of hats I got one when playing Portal 2 co-op (With some German noob who un-expectedly went AFK on me so I spent a few minutes standing there waving to GLaDOS who kept telling me she can't wave back). It was the strange one with the companion cube on it, don't care much for them but I was still happy. XD
