I was thinking more of cultural pressure and acceptance. Over here we usually start drinking at around 14.
I turned 20 - the age you need to be to legally purchase anything with an alcohol volume percentage higher than 22 in Norway - two days ago, but I've still been drinking moonshine with volume percentages close to 96 for more than five years, as it's relatively easy to obtain illegaly, at least in the region of Norway where I live.
Frankly I dislike the taste of alcohol 90% of the time. Sometimes beer might taste good and sometimes red wine might taste good. The only reason I know that is because I go to Mexico a lot and my mom lets us drink from the liquor cabinet. Like I said though, I just don't like the taste of alcohol so much.

I don't like her as an older girl, I just happen to like a girl that's older, not the other way around!
I find teen girls liking college guys usually quite silly. They make a fool out of themselves and annoy the guy, as usually in that situation the girls are quite immature compared to the older guy.

It seems off simply because that's how you, and all of us, are raised. I have no problem with girls who are a year or two older than me. As I said before, it even has an advantage- they're way more mature.
I hate almost every alcoholic drink because I was raised like this. That is, my dad hates alcohol and so me and my brother hate it too. The only drink I like is Arak. It's a drink based on anise.
