I really like that level made from giant Electoons. It looks to be very much in the spirit of the original (the Monks and their giant blue spheres) without resorting to direct copying.

My thoughts exactly. I immediately said 'BAND LAND!!!' when I saw that level. I wonder what it has to do with the jungle.spiraldoor wrote:I really like that level made from giant Electoons. Re: Rayman Origins
Yay, a Globox skin for Rayman!
Wow, we have also a Red Globox too!
I liked the level fragment with the giant Electoons. Ah, I can't wait for this.
By the way, is Ubisoft ever pondering to create a PS3 Rayman Origins theme? I would love to, knowing that the Xbox 360 has got an official one too.

Re: Rayman Origins
Thanks spiral, this level definitely looks great. I just can't get over the absence of the once-planned revisited Picture City, with references to pop art and pixel art, among others.

Re: Rayman Origins
I’m still not sure that it’s been removed. If they can figure out a way to fit a level composed of gigantic Electoons into the Jibberish Jungle, I’m sure they could find some way to include a pop art/pixel art level somewhere. It definitely won’t be a full-fledged world though.

Re: Rayman Origins
I noticed that the entrance to one of the desert levels (and perhaps the desert itself) has a starry night sky as a background. Maybe this means that the level before it is a more traditional Band Land area?
Re: Rayman Origins
Yes, would love to have a dynamic theme for us. But a good thing about Ps3 is that you can customize any existing theme and add your own wallpapers in them. That's what I've done with mine :'D May not look as neat as an official thing would be but it still does the job pretty well.Haruka wrote: By the way, is Ubisoft ever pondering to create a PS3 Rayman Origins theme? Also, that CE boxart is looking beautiful!
