So it’s just a straight-up re-release with no improvements or added content?

Oh, but I see some other games that definitely interest me here. I think I might get it.

I probably won't either tbh; rather get BG&E on PSN, and I kinda don't see how Rayman 3 is all that iconic other than maybe the HOF thing.

I brought it up though cause I was happy that they've at least acknowledged that Rayman is still a big part of what they are after 25 years, even with a specific game I still have a love/hate relationship with.

I think it is a nice pack for Ubisoft fans, but I'm not interested in getting it.

I already have Rayman 3, Assassin's Creed and Far Cry. The only other game there I might want to play is Beyond Good & Evil.

@Cairnie:
What's HOF?

An abbreviation of "Hall Of Fame"

Not interested in the pack, if they're so proud of what they have done, then surely they could do more than merely re-release them?
Okay, maybe I'm being too expecting of UbiSoft.

I just found something I got with my PS2 Rayman 3, it's made with that special material that gives the image a 3D look:

It's hard to see through a scanner, but if you were to see it in real life, it would look "3d"

Yes, the first edition of Rayman 3: Hoodlum Havoc for PlayStation 2 (The European box only, as long as I'm aware) has got a 3D artwork. My PS2 version is equal to that edition in question. (I also have the 25th Anniversary edition R3HH for PS2, eh I'm crazy. :P)

REALLY! WHOA!
I got my copy of Rayman 3 about 2005
I am a lucky so and so.
Thanks for clearing that up Haruka.

It's a shame my PS2 broke and my Rayman 3 copy got sold, but I kept the 3-D cover because it was special, and at last, I now know why.
What's worse is the fact my PS2 score was better than my PC, but I never got to upload it :(

I'm gonna keep mine even if I do sell off my PS2 copy some day, had that edition almost since it came out in 2003.

As for that game collection.. I only hope that they actually took their time to edit the game installs too, instead of re-releasing them just as they are. My original BG&E doesn't work in any of our current computers because of the copy protection that was added in it. That would be a nasty surprise for someone who's going to buy the pack.

And yeah the PC version had that 3D cover too. (at least mine does). It does look gorgeous!

I got the PC version on the second day after launch and the Gamecube version a week later because we found our computer was too slow to run it properly. On the PC, my brother and I kept getting stuck at the part where you have to catch Globox in the barrel to get your hands back. Because of the lag, the door would open again before we could reach it, rendering the task impossible.

BTW I had a go at the BG&E demo and I may well just buy it on PSN then, that way I won't have 3 games I don't even want sitting there untouched as well.

Before I forget: at gog.com, you can get the three rayman games, BG&E and a prince of persia with up to 60% off. I was waiting for this chance to get BG&E for a cheapy. I don't know how much longer this offer is up.

I've never had the honour of experiencing BG&E at whole, This could be a good opportunity.

Even without the discount, it's pretty cheap. Not even five dollars.

Gah, I feel for you. I got stuck in Bog of Murk for weeks because a certain cutscene glitched with me (also because of slow PC). The camera just got stuck in a hole and I couldn't move anywhere. Managed to find a way around it eventually, but the soundtrack in said level still makes me cringe each time I hear it. 8(

And Cairnie: PSN version is a good choice. I did notice that the voicetrack goes a little out of sync on some cutscenes, but it's nothing too bothersome to be honest.
