It's not bullshit at all. I've both studied it in biology and seen two different people doing it. There's a reason why people addicted to CM have scabs all over their skin... and why it's called "Crystal Meth."

Neither my cell biology textbook, my biochemistry textbook, my physiology textbook nor my histology textbook mention anything about cells crystallising, and I can't find any mention of it on the internet either. This sounds a lot like an urban myth to me, and unless you can provide me with a credible source, I can't reach any other conclusion than that your claim is bogus.
