I've played the demo and I've written a preview here: http://gladeofdreams.deviantart.com/jou ... -268135828

One word: PHENOMENAL! Image

Holy Bubble Dreamer, everything in the DEMO is simply gorgeous! X3 Loved to play the demo from the beginning to the end.

Did anyone catch the Trophy in the Time Trial of Swinging Caves? I got 0:42. :mryellow:

I can't wait for the full version! :P

Holy cow!

Congratulations! :D

Hmmm, I wonder if in a later point, RO players here will compete ones against others with Time-Trials.

Perhaps because the recent releases speak for themselves.
On another note, I was finally able to test the Co-Op in Origins, I have to admit, that was some of the best fun I have ever had with a Rayman game.

That would be sweet. Gah, I envy everyone who got to play the demo already.

Because I haven't played the full game yet, therefore I haven't heard all of it yet. And yes, the music that I have heard will probably grow on me. I do love the Moskito music though, they've done a fabulous job with that. Very similar to the original Moskito music, but updated and rearranged.

I think we should make a Rayman Origins Time Trials Hall of Fame!

A Hall of Fame for Rayman Origins will definitely be created at Pirate-Community. ;)

As concerns the demo, I already played all those stages at the Paris Games Week, so, nothing new to me, except that playing it on my old TV was a shame for this gorgeous game! Good thing I plan on buying a new one this week end. :)

Even though the Wii has no HD, I wonder if my HD TV will make it look better...

My TV really isn't doing the demo any justice so I really wanna try and get a new HD one as soon as possible. Haven't quite gotten good enough to get the medals yet but surely in time I will ;P

My Dad passed by while I was watching one of these demo videos, and said 'Wow! They've taken Rayman back to his roots" and then walked away saying "...and no Rabbids either!". I can't believe he remembers these things! But there you go, even he likes the game :)

My TV in the living room is something like 45 inches, and it is Full HD so I got shocked with the graphical beauty.

This would look even better in a LED TV. :P

Which kind of TV will you buy Hunch, if I may know?

The TV that im using for my PS3 is olny a Plasma 720p so no full HD for me, and im finding it rather hard to convince my mom to let it go on the Full HD LED tv in the living room.

Got 0:44 on this round. Messed up during the waterfalls part

Glad he liked the game, but he was kind of annoying. He pronounced everything wierd.
He called the Rabbids Raybids and pronounced Rayman like Raymin. :|

If the English names of the worlds haven't been confirmed yet, here they are, straight from the final game's script which is in the demo:
Messing around in the Menu!
Jumping around Jibberish Jungle!
Trekking through the Ticklish Temples!
Digging the Desert of Dijiridoos!
Grooving through Grumbling Grottos!
Chowing down in Gourmand Land!
Lapping up Luscious Lakes!
Swimming in the Sea of Serendipity!
Exploring the depths of Angsty Abyss!
Chanting mantras on Mystical Pique!
Taking on the tempest in Moody Clouds!
Living it up with the Livid Dead!
Soaking up stories in the Snoring Tree...
I also have all of the level names for RayWiki if you want, but I guess that's a major spoiler for some.
For some reason, I found the line "Quit drooling on me!" several times. How nice of them to reference me.

VERY SMALL SPOILER AHEAD!!!: Tarayzan! Ray's cuz from way back...whenever! Glad to see you didn't lose your leopard skin this time round..

Also, I can say that it's not "Holy Polokus!" from now on, but "Hokus Polokus!" :)

And the last thing... there is a beautiful line that's basically saying there will be more Rayman games.

Yes, I read part of the script (I have the whole one but I didn't want to spoil much), and I have to say it got me excited. ;)
So much fanservice!

(I didn't post any major spoiler I read - I now know the truth about the spoiler we've been discussing. Some of us may have been close to the truth, but nobody has nailed it yet. )

If you have a crappy TV then you'll see the difference.
Haruka wrote:Which kind of TV will you buy Hunch, if I may know?
A LED-backlit 42 or 45 inches TV. Don't want to spend more than 1000€ for a TV anyway.

@Droolie: Please send me the names of the levels if you can! However, I don't want to learn anything more about the plot.
