Wrong. Michael Ancel stated in an interview that the next game would be 2D. Fact.

EDIT: I can't get it to come up! I've tried two browsers too! (Firefox and Chrome)
Wierd. My browser (chrome) doesn't work either :confus:

As concerns spoilers on the wiki, the rule is extremely simple: no plot-related spoilers until European release, then go for it!
If you want me to, I'll volunteer for time being.

Nah they're still viewable if you put in the correct number in the URL. The latest one's obviously not properly ready yet by the looks of it.

Would it be worth creating a level template for Origins levels yet?

If you look closely at him, you’ll see that he’s essentially a gigantic version of the Origins stone men (the jutting, rampart-like lower jaws are almost identical), in much the same way that Mr Stone was a larger version of the original stone men.
Wait...wasn't the golem scrapped? I only saw the Daisy, the Bird, the Dragon, the Shrimp-like creature, Big Mama and (Mr Dark's robots)... you have the script, is the golem going to make an appearance? also, you said something about (Uglette) and (Tarrayzan). Is that true? or was it some kind of speculation?

The golem can be seen in the walkthrough, and what I said about those characters is correct.

Woah...amazing. I didn't watch the whole walkthrough, anyway, I'm feeling kind of regretful. I don't wanna spoil myself...at all.

Hey guys, try to beat this score in the Rayman Origins minigame: 790 :mryellow: It took me long, but now, I'm in second place!

Great news everyone! A really awesome programmer helped me out with the IPK files, they're now perfectly extractable! :D
That means I can start ripping the music the good way now. And all the artwork as well, probably!

The guy hasn't finished yet, he got tired in part 36 or something. As you say, he stopped playing at the angsty abyss world.

I only skimmed the walkthough. Finding out story details in advance is interesting, but knowing exactly how the levels are laid out and how to pass through them would just make the game boring.

That walthrough is great. It's going to make naming the Rayman Origins tracks a lot easier.
I'm extracting everything now, by the way - shouldn't take much longer. :)
All of the music, ambients and sounds is rippable, but I'll only do the music.
All the images in the game are encrypted, but I should be able to find a way to convert them later.
Animations and levels are made with just data of which images should be put where - using that we may be able to convert Rayman Origins to PC when the UbiArt Framework comes out. :D

exactly why i mostly hear a bit of the music, then skip the stage to the juicy bits of plot. Also, yikes the guy posts fast.

EDIT: also, as I'm new, how do you make spoilers?

Are you going to rip the artwork [ie characters] from it as well? Because that would be super duper cool to use on wiki stuff rather than just screenshots taken straight from Youtube.

Wow, the ending was so (predictable). But... I won't say much! I mean, there are supposed to be like 2 ending cutscenes, right? and this is obviously the first one, right?

Okay, small spoiler-talk:

[So I just saw The reveal...then headedto TVtropes, and now I'm confused. There was no dialogue in that stage, zero, nada. Does the game really say WHY did The Magician decided to become evil? Also, so the real Mr. dark was dead all along? When does it says that in the game? Now I'm very confused (Dunno if it's true, but, I guess The Magician became evil cause he was bored of all the peace at the Glade. For what his "helping talk" when you hit his hat make it sound, he is waaay too excited about thigns going crazy aroudn the world)]

For what I remember, yes, there are 2 endings. One after the normal run and one after ebating The Land of the Livid Dead.
