Also to be specific RO will not be available on a CD. You may however use WOD/NOD, DVD or BD as you wish.

Seeing last delivery from Germany took ~4 days, I'm afraid my RO:CE from UK will take around 2 weeks to get to Poland. Even worse if it turns out that unlike Deutsche Post, whatever UK service will utilise Polish Public Post for in-state deliveries.

Being a resident of the UK, I wouldn't be surprised if the game arrived on it's release date, what's an added bonus is that the weekend follows on thereafter...

3 days - for UK, or from UK to Poland. What happens in Poland is different story though, especially if there's something unusual with the pack - and UK pack is unusual by definition. This German order was so fast because the German post service handed it out to DHL... although it's weird, DPD would make more sense.

Good that you reminded me to fix mojibake on delivery address, though.

Portuguese Public Post can't be anything like Polish Public Post. And some could argue that the distance divided by quality of ways was smaller.

Polish Public Post just is not organised well enough to deal with international stuff. Once they even sent my pack cheaper way than I wanted it to be (I wanted to register it).

I'm buying the game on Ebay, for a good price. But I have to wait till next week before it arrives. Argh. Oh well, free art book included makes it sting less. And since that's an exclusive for Europe, I'm okay with that.

By the way - to everyone who has the script:
the final game's script is a bit different. Only in very minor details.
[they left the Mr Dark lines in and even modified them a bit. The final script refers to sounds for those lines (the "tremble you silly creatures" line used to be "[email protected]", the "I always wanted to be Mr Dark" line refers to "[email protected]" which means it WAS the Magician saying that), but the sounds don't exist anymore. Which means - it's been scrapped. Son, I am disappoint. :/
They must have scrapped it at the very end, because everything was already translated and they even modified the lines in versions that came after the one they decided to build the demo on.]

Doesn’t the fact that those lines were removed kind of invalidate them – meaning that [the Magician’s claim not to be Mr Dark isn’t necessarily canonical, and that they could still be the same character?] Think about it... the developers obviously didn’t expect us to extract the outdated script from the demo, and until we did, the general consensus was that [they were indeed one character]. Could it be that it’s essentially an idea the developers abandoned – like Voodoo Mama turning into Big Mama?

I just don’t like the idea that [the Mr Dark in this game is an imposter] – it’s needlessly convoluted, and unpleasantly similar to that silly dream I had. I could handle the idea of [Mr Dark and the Magician turning out to be the same character] – I actually thought it was a pretty cool twist – but this is just plain odd, especially now that all of the dialogue that made some attempt to explain what was going on has been removed. When I first considered the [‘imposter’] idea, it crossed my mind that the real one might show up at the end of the game, and perhaps even [confront the Magician] – now that would have been cool. But instead, we’re told that [the Mr Dark in Origins is a phony, and the real one is... gone? Dead?] That just feels strangely melancholy.

Is another game featuring [the real Mr Dark] just too much to ask for? I miss him goddamn it.

If any members of Ubisoft Montpellier are reading this thread, maybe to check out fan reaction to the newly-released Rayman Origins – is there any chance you could clear this situation up for us? This is the sort of thing that could end up bugging me for the next decade.

No, because we don't pay for television in our house anymore (we use the internet to watch TV shows now), and I'm waiting for http://gameads.gamepressure.com to upload the commercial. (I usually go there to download video game commercials)

I seen one about 2 weeks ago when I was up one late night wacthing teletoon havent seen any since then though.( I don't watch much tv)

I have never had anything shipped to me from austraillia or New Zeland so I have no idea how long its gonna take to get my hands on RO. Hopefully not long or i'll kinda sit in a corner and not do anything till it does.
