I suggest using effects to make Lucario blend in with the bg, blurring is the simplest way of doing this however I recomend playing around with other effects to get it to work, you should also take advantage of the layer modes.

(I'm under the assumption you are using GIMP, Photoshop should offer the same functions only named differently, no clue for other paint software)
