Are you a good liar?

Post by Adsolution »

I found this nifty shifty quiz on this place called the internet. So anyway, are you a good liar?

This is my result:
You’re Practically Pathological
You seem to have a gift for spinning the truth while maintaining credibility. This probably has a lot to do with your quick-thinking nature and uncanny ability to stay calm under pressure. Being a good liar can be useful when you want to avoid hurting someone’s feelings, but if you’re lying just for the sake of playing games, you’re going to lose in the end. You’ll get so wrapped up in your web of deceit that you’ll forget what’s real and what isn’t.
Post yours! Maybe we can use these scores against each other and end up all getting banned, and then lie to have them un-ban your account. Trust me, I've done it on a different forum when I had somehow gained access to a developer's build for CryEngine3 and they found out.

Wow RayFan, looks like we're both nice liars! I'm totally not lying right now! Or maybe I am! By the way the whole sentence is a lie! The next one however isn't! The whole text is a lie!

"You’re a Decent Liar
Your lies are somewhat believable, but your body language and emotions often sell you out. If you want to become a better liar (for some reason), don’t hesitate as much before answering questions, and stop wasting your time trying to come up with the perfect excuse. Focus on getting important details straight — otherwise you’re gonna get caught! "

I'm not surprised. Sometimes my lies work, other times not really due to my emotions.

The perfumes question remind me once when I decided to buy hidden from my mother Pokémon: Soul Silver in the shopping mall which is around 3 Kms away from my home, and when I was about to return to home, my mother was phoning. Fortunately I had my photographic camera and like that I could give the excuse that I remind I had to take pictures of the area close to the shopping mall because the Drawing A teacher asked us to do that and bring to the next class to practice observation drawing. I even took photos to make the thing believable. :oops2:

And that’s not a bad thing! You’re so uncomfortable with not telling the truth that your body language and speech patterns give you away immediately. You use way too many details in your lies, and your stories end up being complicated and messy. You might as well just tell it like it is instead of blabbering on and on nonsensically. It’ll be a lot less painful for everyone!
i'm a terrible liar :boon:

In reality, I think my ability to lie varies upon context. If I'd had a lot of time to think up an elaborate and credible story, I'd be able to recount it perfectly, but I'd struggle to fabricate a spontaneous lie because my body language and stuttering would give the game away.

Meh coming from someone who's far too honest to lie.

Well I suppose that now after I've said what I said, you must be telling the truth. That means that you are able to lie slightly, but then I said you couldn't. I could have been lying as well, but now you say you can lie.

This is like trying to put 3 and 2 together.

I almost never lie, but it seems I can be very good at it if I want to.

^ Yep, I HATE lying (I would actually never do it >_<). I don't even lie even if I get in trouble for it, I end up ratting myself out. XD
