Re: Off Topic
MLII – why is this such a big deal? Is your family really tiny or something? I have eight first cousins on my mother’s side (ranging from babies to adults), and I don’t even know how many I have on my father’s side, not to mention numerous second cousins on both sides, along with many first and second cousins both once and twice removed, many of whom I’ve never even met. I found out that my uncle’s wife was pregnant a few weeks ago, and my response was more of a mild ‘I’m glad to hear it’ than an explosive ‘I’M GOING TO HAVE A BABY COUSIN!’

Re: Off Topic
Thanks guys!!
@Spi: Because, well, I like babies. o-o
Such a reply is going to come out as childish to you but that's certainly not how I intended it. My family is not particularly small, but being that there hasn't been a baby since me, and being that I'm the youngest in my family and quite a maternal person, I'm just excited.
May I ask, in a non-confrontational way, is there something wrong with that? o-o

Re: Off Topic
I saw this programme the other week where this diabetic guy got gangrene on his toe and it got so bad and black not only did the toe have to go, but his leg up to his knee. Quite yucky.
LOL I only have like two cousins though that's only 'cause both my parents have one sibling each - both cousins are my dad's sister's, while my mum's half brother never even married. Said cousins are both parents now but then they're in their 30's now.

It went back to normal a few minutes after I typed that, I'm quite worried though. I wasin't outside for that long (15-20 mins at the most), I had gloves on and it wasin't like it was a bizzlard outside. So I really don't understand why it went as far as turning black.Tobbe wrote:Seek medical attention immideatly.SuperSunshine wrote: On a side note the finger I said had frostbite in the you game is now turning black.
As for the baby news I geuss it just depends on the person. MLLI seems like someone who is family oriented, or atleast just loves babies. Like Sprial, I have a huge family, too many to count (I myself have a total of SEVEN siblings) my frist reactions to hearing someone is pregnant would be something like : "My god, Please stop breeding" or "Oh congrats" if thier in the room. Not to mention that some of the yonger ones in my family are very careless with when they concive (Considering thier finances, housing ect) and who they decide to get pregnant with (Dead beat moms and Dads lol).

Its fine as of now, i'm pretty shure the temperture of my left(frostbitten) hand is a bit lower than my right though.
On a side note I was at a student orientation today. I spent the whole time building one of those boe-bot robots and progamming it the whole time and telling grade 8 kids about the course. While programming it, I would always seem to make a stupid mistake when an adult and thier kid came over and check out what I was doing.

Re: Off Topic
I remember when I was at the Whistler/Blackcomb Mountain skiing resort and I went on my first double black diamond run, but I wasn't quite ready for it (this was about three years ago, I'm more experienced now). I worked my way down at a slow pace, and it being one of the highest mountains in North America it took forever to get down - probably an hour forty-five (especially since I was a little in-over-my-head). Anyway, while making my way down it got ridiculously cold to the point where I had to put my poles on my back and shield my hands from the cold. By the time I got down to the village my hands felt like blood was pumping by the litre through them, each pulse making me gasp for air. Finally I got to a washroom and turned on the hot water: FUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU, that hurt like FUUUUUUUUUUUUU. I was pretty much grinding my head into the wall to compensate, and then I noticed my hands were swollen. Luckily I kept the hand, but I needed a protective cast for about a week.
I would probably be extremely ecstatic in the same situation and at the same level as MLII. I've been the youngest person in my close and distant family forever, and I would die to have someone to look after. I feel a lack of responsibility because I have no one to look after actually.spiraldoor wrote:MLII – why is this such a big deal? Is your family really tiny or something? Re: Off Topic
Do we actually have 45 guests online right now, or are we being circled by a swarm of bots?In total there are 56 users online :: 11 registered, 0 hidden and 45 guests (based on users active over the past 5 minutes)
Edit:
They’re breeding. In total there are 87 users online :: 9 registered, 1 hidden and 77 guests (based on users active over the past 5 minutes)
Re: Off Topic
According to Wikipedia, lurkers make up over 90% of online groups. Given that we're the only proper Rayman forum on the web, and the recent release of Origins, it wouldn't surprise me if they were real people.
