I like how they say the accident took place in Dublin, even though it clearly happened in America.

What, is the air so dense in Dublin that cannon balls whiffle?Rulez wrote:The canonball must've flown a reeeeeeeeeally long distance don't you think.RayFan9876 wrote:Why do you say that?spiraldoor wrote:I like how they say the accident took place in Dublin, even though it clearly happened in America.

Dublin is also a city in Ireland, where he lives, so that's probably what he was referring to.MLII wrote:spiraldoor wrote:I like how they say the accident took place in Dublin, even though it clearly happened in America.

I thought Dublin was only an Irish city, but apparently it exists more than one...

Bit like how there's a London in Canada, a Birmingham in Alabama, and wait for it...a California in Norfolk, UK. Google maps them up, I do not kid.

Re: Off Topic
I only really know about the UK place being called California because I've been there...just rocks, a beach and a dumb caravan holiday park, nothing more.
Such a boring life I had.

What, California in the UK? XDCairnie wrote:I only really know about the UK place being called California because I've been there...just rocks, a beach and a dumb caravan holiday park, nothing more.

I'm actually going to US California with my mother next year's summer. But only to go sightseeing at the Grand Cranberry. Then it's back to New Amsterdam. That's the initial plan we're having, but that may change because there are so many other things I want to see.

Re: Off Topic
I go there every two years, but if you've never been there before it's a must see; the weather is amazing, it's right by the ocean, there's so much to do, and it has the world's most famous amusement parks all in one.Spanex wrote:What, California in the UK? No it is not. There is only one Dublin, and it is located in Ireland; any and all others are counterfeit.MLII wrote:Dublin's a city in California.spiraldoor wrote:I like how they say the accident took place in Dublin, even though it clearly happened in America.

I know right? These imitators and all their country's inhabitants deserve to be wiped off the face of the galaxy.Cairnie wrote:Bit like how there's a London in Canada
