How is it still ‘screaming like a girl’ if it’s not high-pitched?Spanex wrote:Who says I am talking about only high-pitched guys? Men with low pitched voices can still scream like a girl, even if it's not obviously high.

That is my logic and I stick to it!

Re: Rayman Origins
You don't need a high-pitched voice to scream like a girl, because the "girl scream" sound is produced in the whistle register. While it's very uncommon for male voices to have a clear whistle register, some do... (I do... no smartalec comments Spiraldoor) and they can girl-scream just as easily as a female voice can. So no, not any guy can genuinely do it, but having a high-pitched voice doesn't have much to do with it.spiraldoor wrote:I can assure you that this is not true. You may know some guys with high-pitched voices, but they’re not representative.Spanex wrote:Any guy can scream like a girl, if they want.

Re: Rayman Origins
I've just read on TVTropes that David Gasman voiced Rayman in Rayman Origins, while Douglas Rand voiced the rest of the male characters. Who wrote that? I don't know, but we totally need to investigate about that x_x

I tried to edit the nymph dialogue so it would sound like they were speaking English instead of Pig Latin, but I'm no good at sound editing. Anyone else wanna try?
Also I heard about some scrapped costumes, have images of them been found on the disc?

^It may be possible, there are some scrapped elements on the game's files, like the orange fat dragon and the Jalapeño King... but you have to wait, Droolie is occupied with his exams.
Hey guys, do you like my new signature? I made it ^^ Sometimes I think about how awesome is the Magician's role as a villain, I mean, he's bad, but he doesn't want to be bad at all (just mysterious and dark xD), he just wants to stop the nightmares to save the glade... in a pretty dictatorial way. He's pretty much like...Adolph Hitler? he thinks he's doing something good for the humanity/magic people, but he's just torturing the poor lums and ruining the glade!

That name doesn't seem to exist. [EDIT: Oh, of course, you're on the Spore US forums! I'm only over at EAUK. We at the EAUK don't really take too kindly to the US forum either, because, trolls...]Haruka wrote:You can find me by searching "HarukaTavares".
I do and I would very much like to play it! Did you make use of the Invisible Limb glitch to create Rayman?Haruka wrote:If you own the expansion "Galactic Adventures", you can play a Rayman mission I've made in there.
I really like your sig. How did you make the squished Lums at the bottom? The text overlay is funny too, plus it's a good expression.sergiomonty wrote:Hey guys, do you like my new signature?
You might very well think that, but I couldn't possibly comment.sergiomonty wrote:He's pretty much like...Adolph Hitler?

Don't expect much more content though, I'm more into music now than into Spore-ing. While, when I pick it up, I do love it again and creature another Adventure or two, there are not many times when I pick it back up. But you can enjoy the creations I've shared (which is about 1/4th of the creations I actually have - don't know why). As usual, Shrooblord's the name.

Re: Rayman Origins
There's a SPORE topic I created a long time ago in the RPC.
I own SPORE since the release date of Europe.
@Shrooblord Yes, I used the invisible limbs glitch.
You can see my mission walkthrough here:
When I meant the name, it was my player nickname in SPORE's server. What are both your and Ikke's names?
@Sergio Your new signature is quite nice!

Re: [strike]Rayman Origins[/strike] Spore
Haruka, I just skimmed quickly through some points in you vid, because I wanted to check it out but didn't want to get too spoilt - but it looks like you've really put a lot of effort into it and I'm looking forward to playing it as soon as I can!
I learnt about Spore through the Creature Creator and was really excited about it ever since. I remember making Jar-Jar from Star Wars in that... oh, the hilarity. I got the game as soon as I saw a TV ad of it being out in the stores. Then I was excited about GA as soon as I heard of its existance, got hyped up near the release, disappointed because they shoved the date along another half a year and then super excited again when it came out and came through MAH MAILBOX. And now I also have Darkspore (since the release), though that is not really something that you can compare Spore with - even though the Hero Editor uses the exact same Spore parts, it's of course an entirely different game and has "nothing to do with Spore in any way".exceptthename, thesporepartsandotherthings
