Whilst I can agree with you there, I'd like Henchman 1000 to be canon, they fit the gap between 800 (hench's) to Spyglass (Second in Command?) Quite nicely in the hierarchy, since they are older more experienced models who would be better tacticians.

But yes, Razorwife and Tily are the worst Rayman characters in my opinion.

Tily and Razorwife, I hate.
As for the ones exclusive to Rayman Arena, well, Dark Rayman doesn't exist as more than a skin for Rayman, and Dark Globox, is, a character who I am not bothered about, I don't actively dislike him.

Because it's visible she's a mere replacement for Ly, her personality comes across as a little obnoxious, and those girly noises don't help. And at the end of the day, whilst she does fit the aesthetic for Rayman characters, she just looks a little out of place.

In Rayman 1, yes she looks a little clunky, but I don't see anything wrong with that at all, I thought she was a great character. I think the new nymphs don't fit into Rayman's universe nearly as well, but they still do.
