Yes! My time to answer. I believe you can ser them in the very first part of the game when you fly with Murfy ( the fairy council). Then you can see them in the sky at Begonigax house. At the fight with Razoff (both of the is "The Bog of Murk"). And then you see them for the last time on the ship (the longest shorcut).

Paluchards appear in the Fairy Council (First section), the Bog of Murk (First section and sixth section) and the Summit Beyond the Clouds (First section).
