Lordy lord, Dirk is a beast.

For me, I like to read spoilers before a game comes out.

Spoilers don't really bother me. But I also didn't do any research about Origins before I bought it. And honestly, it took me until after the Reveal to figure out who this weird Teensie was supposed to be :/

The image was found by raymanxbritta, I just uploaded it to the wiki.
sergiomonty wrote:I just noticed something, that's not an earlier version of Teensette, it's just another female teensie. (copy-paste from the discussion on the wiki) If you check this screenshot carefully, you can see the bubble with Teensette inside (check the hat, it's basically the same as the recent version of Teensette). Also, If I were wrong, why is she inside her bubble? wasn't she already chosen by the player? It may be that the guy who took the screenshot has beaten the Land of the Livid Dead, but then, why are the bubbles adobe the Ice Teensie and the Ice Teensette empty? I'm pretty sure that Teensette and Ice Teensette were intended to be different characters, just bearing similar features (Much like the Goth Teensie and the Ninja Teensie). Thoughts, please?
We can’t use the mechanics of the final game to deduce things about an earlier build. The character selection system doesn’t necessarily work in a familiar way in this picture. If you look closely, you’ll see that the female Teensy in the bubble has pinkish-white skin, unlike the blue skin of Teensette, although she does seem to be wearing Teensette’s hat. I’m not sure what to think.

Maybe it's just a screen effect? the Ice teensies look white too.

Also notice how in trailers they already have all characters unlocked, even though the 'you'll need to have 5 Electoons to unlock this first skin' icon is still floating above the very first skin. Presumably the developers just had a cheatcode to activate all skins. That you can't see anything inside the two top-left bubbles might be
1. Because the two Teensies were supposed to be in there.
2. Because the two characters inside the bubbles are in fact in the bubbles, but just can't be seen due to the cut-off.

So are we sure that suspiciously pencilled-in drawing is now really official artwork and not some fan-thing? I do see some screen reflection more to the bottom-right of the image, so that would confirm it's official, but I can't help but think that it looks a lot like the Teensies have been drawn with colouring pencil - especially the moustache looks fakamundo. Perhaps that's how the artists depicted the skins before they really penned them in for real.

I got a issue of GI in the mail, and theres a new interview with Ancel, the person asks Ancel if he thinks Globox should have his own game, Ancel replies "Yes, that's a great idea! I think with his fat ass, we should really put him in a fitness game. If Globox can lose weight anyone can!" who knew that Ancel is a really funny guy.

It was an amazing adventure. Throughout the experience, it started getting harder and harder! Then, the culmination point was both very hard to get through, but at the same time enjoyable and felt very nice afterwards! After that, I was very tired so I was done for the day, but I knew that I would quickly come back for more.

I only enjoyed the fast part where you had to keep riding on the black callipillar (can't spell)lol creature! I was getting used to it after a few falls here and there.

It's a very funny metaphor because it's true, RO plays like that...
Such a coincidence...

Is there any other interesting information in the interview? If it’s a long one, a scan would be welcome, assuming you have the proper equipment.

The Mecha No Mistake time trial is a nightmare. My sister and I spent a good half an hour on it and failed miserably every time.

That’s strange, I read Rulez’s post and I didn’t even notice the subtext. Maybe I should get some sleep.

Spiral, I have posted the entire scan onto sendspace, so download if you please.
http://www.sendspace.com/file/lzlef4
Sorry if it took so gosh darn long, my dad is the only one in this house who owns a scanner, but as soon as you told me that scanning is an option, I did it. Enjoy.
And for those of you who are too lazy to download and can read extremely fucking well with glasses Image
The reason I uploaded it to sendspace was so people could zoom in, for it to be easier to read.

Are you serious?

To be honest, I was expecting the Moody Clouds' time trials way to be more hellish than what they actually are. 30 minutes were enough for each time trial to get the time trophies.

Great interview, it's exactly the kind of thing I've been wanting to read for a long time. :) It looks like Ancel is really motivated to work the future Rayman title(s) and other games of the sort.
