Yeah, that's what happens when you are too harsh with spammers; they didn't like it and returned the favour by getting me banned. Strangely, RZ started sinking soon after, while PC was flourishing.Tobbe wrote:I found the old RZ documentary on google. You can see a quote from it in my sig.

Fortunately on this forum I can be as harsh as I want with spammers.

You get the most enjoyment out of it, I know.DesLife wrote:Fortunately on this forum I can be as harsh as I want with spammers.

Yeah, that's what makes this forum better than RaymanZone. In RaymanZone everybody - including moderators - was under Ubisoft's control. Ubisoft chose the moderators, made the rules and decided who to ban. Here we have our own hierarchy, where we engage with the members and get to know each one. I personally don't feel like an administrator at all; I feel like a normal user with administrative powers.

You're right, I also don't have the feeling you are an administrator, nor I have the feeling I am an English Moderator.Xenon wrote:Yeah, that's what makes this forum better than RaymanZone. I never frequented the RaymanZone forums but from what many tell me, I'm not losing anything.

I've never been on the RZ forums as a member, but I've seen it's goingons.
God, some of the comedy...
That, and there was that dude who didn't seem to get that Rayman was a platformer and started going crazy on making "concepts" of Rayman's 5,6,7,8 based on this Japanese Party game.

Even funnier was the guy on Wikipedia who kept saying that Ubisoft were making a new series of anime-inspired Rayman games.

Who are the Rayman fans who still check Wikipedia to search for information about its games?spiraldoor wrote:Even funnier was the guy on Wikipedia who kept saying that Ubisoft were making a new series of anime-inspired Rayman games.

Wikipedia is where most of the general public get their Rayman information, so it’s important to keep an eye on it.
Re: A Screenshot Memory of RaymanPC's Past! Early 2007 Theme
Alright then. I'm so used to RayWiki already that I don't check anywhere else for Rayman info.

Speaking of remembering the past, I don't think Xenon's pirate idea is ever to be forgotten:

Haha, I can't stop looking at it either. It's probably the animation - no - the text - no - the emoticon. AGH.
