After some searching, I have found the answer! And I will now correct my sentences by nevermore using the term 'sais', but correctly opting for something along the lines of:

My friend had a row with his girlfriend. He royal Egyptian residential city along the West-central region of the Nile it's because he forgot her birthday.

There, errors corrected and verbs correctly in place.
