Don't count on it, boy. I also do not fear the, when scithimar-wielding-baby-killing, fangame-creating, lol-inducing, generally wonderful person we have come to know as... RayFan... 9876.

A great big hello all newcomers! Please enjoy and frequent this forum all you wish!

PS
Also, MLII, just because you brought up Nine, one of the most amazing animation movies I've ever seen, you deserve nine Tings. Here you go.

Aaiiee another 9 fan? ♥_♥ Hooray!

Who's your favourite? Mine would have to be Six (lol typical female 9 fan) but Five's campness made me laugh, and I have an odd soft spot for One. o-o

I hated the ending. D:

I quite loved the movie, but yes, the ending was pretty illogical, immoral, and retarded.

It's like, [OKAY WELL WE'LL JUST KILL OF THE CHARACTERS NOBODY CARES ABOUT. NOW THE ONLY PEOPLE LEFT ARE THE PROTAGONIST, HIS GIRLFRIEND AND THE ONES TOO CUTE TO KILL. THIS IS REALLY GREAT AND STUFF]

I would've preferred it if all but 9 had been absorbed and then 9 found a way to bring them back to life. Just a thought.

The worst part about is was when Nine said something along the lines of "We're free now, this is our world." I mean, three or four things survived, they can't reproduce, isn't that really depressing? I wouldn't have minded - in fact I would have loved it - if they had pointed that out, but they acted like they were living happily ever after.

This. I mean,[ it's like he was HAPPY about everyone's death :tssk: He didn't even mourn them. And I was sitting there like "SERIOUSLY? YOU'RE NOT EVEN GONNA MOURN FIVE?"

Aw crap, sorry Dango D:

Well to be fair it's made pretty obvious from the beginning anyway ^^;

EDIT: I'd still recommend seeing it, though. I mean, I knew how it was going to end about 5 months before I watched it, and I still love it o-o

Maybe much later then, I sure won't be in a hurry. In any case, I'd like if people would be more careful with spoilers around here, seeing as we got that fancy-ass transparency code.

There's plenty of movies that I'd like to see though, and this is just one I haven't gotten around to yet.

Really? I loved the ending. Drama, [blowing up the big bad bot, sad dead people getting what they wanted in the end, etc.].

And about that 'nobody's left in the world' thing, weren't those [ green specs, that rained down after the souls burst into the clouds supposedly seeds of new life?] That's what I would expect them to be.
