The front has got another problem: when I was playing RR for the first time from the beginning until the end, I lost often my sense of orientation. I didn't know exactly where I had to go, even with the arrows. Only with the time I got used.

That wasn't a problem for me, i did already know which level comes after which, and i just had to search for the arrows, or if i heard where the Teensies sended me before, then i don't had to do that.

Globox Disc was in RR.And I don't consider the world to be smaller that what I thought before,and the Hall of Doors was in every other version almost,so is nice to see something different in this version.That HUD version connects much better the world,and shows there are creatures out of the levels (Minisaurus for example),shows you another version of Globox House,which I consider to be cool too.I liked going there.I admit Globox Village should have been in,but better in a HUD way too,imo.
Anyways I always liked that Ly provided you minigames and power-ups,since she makes more sense,since she is the magic one there and the one who can grant you the powers,though I never saw a reason for which she could make you do a ridiculous minigame instead of directly giving you power and health.

Yes, but it was created by the Dreamcast developers. The Revolution team simply reused it, and they didn’t even manage to preserve it in its original condition. None of their own additions were as creative or welcome as this one.

Really? It takes perhaps two minutes to walk from one end of the Front to the other. It certainly doesn’t live up to the scale suggested by the official map.

I usually welcome version-exclusive additions, but not when they’re this intrusive. Consider the Globox Village, which is cleverly hidden in an out-of-the-way corner of the Woods of Light. No one could possibly deny that it’s a welcome bonus. The Front, on the other hand, practically takes over the entire game, and it supplants the Hall of Doors, one of my very favourite locations in the entire Rayman series.

Let me post a quote from last year in which I address this idea:

I'm going to be honest, I like being able to explore, but I understand why Spiral would prefer the Dreamcast version.
Though I do hope one day that we will be able to explore the whole region of the GoD proper, with correct scale.
That being said, the Hall Of Doors is an intriguing place, and it may have secrets aplenty.

I understand too,but I think HUD is cool.Rayman's world doesn't have to be just what you can see,I always understood it to be bigger,but Rayman won't be travelling 50km distances tor reach a level.

In my opinion, that was one big dildo of a transparent object that was purple, a colour that stood out from the rest of the environment's lemon and lime.

That would sure leave me interested to know what it's about. Then, as soon as Ly grants this power, I would go "OOOOOOOHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH."

Purple Lums are pretty and sparkly. They are found commonly throughout the game. The moment where the camera pans past the one in the Fairy Glade is a nice introduction to them. The player has not seen them before; the fact that this one leads to the Globox Village is not clear until later.

The Front, on the other hand, takes over the game. The player is forced to traverse it endlessly. That’s not how cool little bonus features should be done.

That's because it wasn't a cool "little" bonus feature, it was a cool "large" bonus feature.
