Bloody hell, that track is amazing! It almost reminds me of Paper Mario in the latter half.
You're right, it does sound a bit like Paper Mario there! It was used in the demo instead of the Hoodboomer theme so it was probably a beta version of that.

Yes, in the upcoming Rayman 3 soundtrack which will have all tracks from Rayman 3 HD, Rayman 3 for Gamecube and the two beta demos.
Shrooblord wrote:Does R3 HD have any new material then, or did you just mean 'HD' music; a better quality of the same songs we already know?
Many HD versions just are the same as the original versions, so i think it will be such a "HD music". One thing i want to hear is the "remastered" Summit Beyond the Clouds' Funkyboard song.
The Kagalpha (aka Scalesman) indeed was about to make an appearance in the 3D game, but if I'm not in error, they removed it due to some troubles with animation.
But I think it gave an interesting boss battle in the portable game.

Issues with animation? Well thats weird because he inflates. Globox also inflated many times after drinking Plum juice. And Globoxs inflation was animated well.
Anyway, as i told im playing right now R3 (PC version) in French. You should try it too. Its AWENSOME! Globoxs, Andres and Refluxs voice actors are better.
If I remember correctly, they removed him because he'd requrie a lot of space, space that wasn't there, and so they either had to redesign many levels (and including huge, open spaces), or scrap the concept.
Why would he require so much space? Well, I think that'd be because of his attacks; rolling, bouncing, et cetera.
Indeed, When enemies are made, the areas they inhabit need to be fair in size so that they can be fought without "cheap" damage.
When Globox inflated, he flew, so there really wasn't much animation required there, as opposed to the Scaleman, which if the GBA version of R3 is anything to go by, would have had a lot more when "inflated."
Or maybe the concept just did not work in 3D, it happens to some gameplay aspects.
I hope that one day Ubi take a page from Insomniac and show off unreleased concept in a "Museum."
EDIT: I just realised R3 HD is meant to be released tomorrow, so here's hoping for a good first remake of the title...
Some German gameplay of the Xbox 360 version:
There's a Rayman Origins galllery in the bonus section containing the contents of the artbook.
Some textures seem to be upgraded.
The music has been touched up as some of the segments start a bit too late.
I don't like how it saves right before the loading screen.
Also, that guy clearly has never played a platformer before.

I actually have been playing Rayman 3 in French for a good amount of time, for the same reasons.

I wonder if all of the glitches that help us to have a good score still works in that version.

Knowing Ubi's track record with remakes and ports, they'll be there.
I really don't like the loading screens, the original ones were better.
And they replaced the logo.
But that's nitpicking, otherwise, the game doesn't look too shabby at all.

Wow, I think it looks beautiful! This is now on my list as the most beautiful Rayman game available. I like everything about this upgrade, except the new logo.
Looks like they’ve added subtitles. About time. The homogenisation of the logo is rather offputting, but I do like the fact that they’ve found a way to insert some Rayman Origins artwork into the game.

No groove armada... ah well :c
However I notice a big difference within the video aside from the updated graphics, the music sounds much more done and its been revamped to sound much better as well, along with the cutscenes. This might earn the title in my book of most prettiest looking Rayman game.
I'll be getting it tommorow.

When i was yesterday playing The Longest Shortcut, i laughed a lot when Globox tried to open the "Magic Door". But when im playing that part in English i dont laugh at all. Leguizamo fits much better to Sid the sloth.
