Why do they need to make yet another game trying to explain the origins of characters,and even maybe failing again,given RO doesn't tell me absolutely anything about character's past.

No,at all.I just don't like the new idea of a RO2.RO1 wasn't that outrageously cool,though was really awesome to play,but was short and easy.If I don't like Ancel's idea,does it make be a buildersith 2?

It's very, very likely. However it's even more likely that it will be used as two simultaneous insults, since it applies your putrid hatred of Origins to another person, whilst emphasizing your actual endless, unforgivable, illogical, Holocaustic despise toward the game.

TBH if they do make a direct sequel to Origins they won't be doing it for story reasons: hate to say it guys but i think the canon and story of the Rayman series is one of their lowest priorities at this point. They probably want to make a sequel to expand on the gameplay, much like when Nintendo made Mario galaxy 2. There is still lots they can do with the Origins gameplay IMO, just make more of that same 2D perfection and I'll be happy for now. Would be nice to see another 3D one in the vein of Rayman 2 one day, but I wouldn't complain if we get more of the same when Origins was so good.

...And I love RO style. A cartoon style which perfectly fits to the genre:) Sequel with similar graphics doesn't mean similar game at all. I believe there's a lot more to do with Ubiart: it seems to be a perfect system limited only by a human imagination:) So, yeah, definitely I would like to play better, bigger and more challenging RO's sequel:)

Origins only came out some months back, it's hardly a style that has been around for years, even if you count the time since it was first revealed. I can't see them rebooting the style all over again when they have finally got something that really works. They would only do that if the franchise went dormant again for years.

So am I, but the majority of mankind will always have tons of stuff to complain about. Hell, I have many things I could complain about - and I guess complaining is some kind of process to get regret out of your system, but there's worse news to be complaining about in this world, and you know what kind of news I mean.

I'd actually like to see another game with RO graphics. Remember Rayman M? That had the exact same style as Rayman 2, and look what kind of beautiful scenes and vistas it gave us! I think back to the sunset in Electric Final, paired with the lava river and transitioning forest-to-machine surroundings. If the RO team can pull something like that off again, I'd say go for it!

But really, I'm not sure if they should call it RO 2. That would be silly. The 'second Origins' of Rayman, or something. It just sounds odd. Call it something worthwhile instead, like Rayman: Reven-- wups, no, that's taken.
