Don't worry Haruka, everyone makes msitakes ñ_ñU I was surprised with the idea of another Rayman Origins game too. But well... it would be weird if they actually announced the game on this e3, I mean, the 3ds version of the first game is coming out in June. If an improved version of (basically) the same game is coming out...then nobody would buy Rayman Origins for 3ds... or maybe worse... no one would buy Rayman Origins 2 because they alredy bought the first one ._.

I do mistakes almost every day. Im as clumsy as a mammothphant.
Im sorry for using so strong words yesterday. It made me look like i hate 2d, but thats not true. I love both Rayman 1 and Rayman Origins. But i have been waiting for a new 3d Rayman for so long and i would so much want that it would finally came out. And the series also need it. I think the best way for Ubisoft Montpellier could be that they could do like Disney is doing now. Disney is making both hand drawn animations and computer animations. In 2009 there was The Princess and the Frog (hand drawn), in 2010 Tangled (computer), in 2011 Winnie the Pooh (hand drawn) in which Winnie also went back to his origins.
So i think Ancels team could also make 3D Rayman games with more action adventure and 2D Rayman games with more platforming using the Ubi Art engine. But next it is really the turn of 3D Rayman. They can make another 2D Rayman the next year but now its time for 3D.

What did you say yesterday? I don't recall you getting angry. Did you remove it?

Michel Ancel seriously cant do that. THERE ARE ONLY TWO 3D RAYMAN GAMES! ONLY T-W-O!!! R2/Revolution and R3! THE THIRD IS SOMETHING THE SERIES NEED MORE THAN ANYTHING. LET STUPID INDIE COMPANIES MAKE BAD 2D GAMES. RAYMAN HAS TO MOVE FORVARD!!!
I believe he's referring to the above.

So it did turn out to be a red herring after all; oh well, the Rayman Facebook page are still hinting at something for E3.

Guh I'm all for a new 3D Rayman but I really don't understand the agenda against more 2D Rayman games, if anything Origins did the franchise a favour.

You can't believe how much THIS.

Rayman is back on the right path thanks to Origins. He needed it more than anything else. So, E3 has a Raymany surprise for us, eh? I'm curious now.

Actually when I think about it a 3D Rayman game might turn out to look amazing with the 3D technology of today. Think of all the shiny bumpmaps, high quality textures and the magical POST-PROCESS EFFECTS

Yeah, Post-Process. It's been that long people!

There are 2 things in Rayman Origins that i want also in future Rayman games.

1 The size of the bosses. In RO there are many bosses, that are really BIG. Their appereance and look is also monstrous and impressive. Especially Big Mama, Dragon Chef and Golem. There should really be more bosses like these in future Rayman games. In the series there are of course huge awensome final bosses (Grolgoth and Reflux) but i mean every bosses should be big. Not just final.

2 The bubblizing. In RO every enemy (as well as hero) turns into a balloon when defeated. This is very funny and its fun to pop the bubblized enemies. This is probably the funniest way to die in videogame history. The bubblizing should really be in future Rayman games.

These features are possible in both 3D and 2D Rayman games.

If we count Kagalpha/Scalesman's alternative size, Chenille, Razorbeard without the Grolgoth and the Hoodstomper without the stomping tool, well yes.

Also I wouldn't consider Moskito or Bzzit to be that big. Lunette isn't really big when outside the Biditank and Bad Rayman isn't big; he's equal in size to Rayman (figures).

No. They are big but not GIGANTIC (except for final bosses and Celoche). In RO ALL the bosses are GIGANTIC, not just final boss.

My English could be much better, but you know what i mean.

Now that I think about it, Moskito and Razoff are the only bosses anywhere near Rayman's size (though to be fair, Razoff rides on a giant wrecking ball, which could be seen as adding to his size). I don't know if you count Beagonix as well.

The problem with the gigantic bosses is that you don't have to fight them, you just have to beat a sidescroller and skips some obstacles as the boss kills itself.

There isn't one single Rayman boss like that, aside from maybe the one in Luscious Lakes.

Not true. The Lucious Lakes boss needs some effort to defeat. None of them kill themselves. They just give themselves big lumps that you have to puch/kick/karate chop/magic attack (did I miss anything?)
