Well I'm thankful that I'm not the only one in the world who would pay good money for a Rayman M remake or sequel. With many improvements I mean, but it's just refreshing to see that I'm not alone in this thought. :D

I'm a clever guy. :P (Although I may have read a couple of the thread's previous pages this morning and therefore happen to know about the Raymanarenaps2 situation. :| It's one of the two.)

Anyway, going back to the topic at hand. What's people's favourite stages in the game? I personally tend to like the Expert League courses (Forest Jump, Zenith Harbour, Pirate Ship) the most, they have the most charm of all the tracks to me.

Rise and Shrine & Spellbound Forest. Their scenery and music are just to die for. They capture the Rayman atmosphere and environment perfectly.

Shadow Plain, Rise & Shrine, Timber Wood, and Spellbound Forest. They have great music, and are just great stages. Except for Shadow Plain (or Plains?) maybe, but the music there is only second to Rise & Shrine, which is just the best level ever. I have a feeling I'm forgetting a level though...

For the races; Pirate Ship and Lava Factory are the best, no doubt. But, really, all levels are good.

If I had to choose the worst, I'd say Ly's Palace (I don't know why, it just bugs me in a weird way...). But it ain't bad either.

I forgot about Coconut Island, which also happened to be in the Expert League. Speaking of this map, I found a glitch in only this map where the character animations that are played during the start up in battle mode don't actually play. It's easily fixed though, so it's just for future reference I guess. Also a bit of a dickmove on the devs' part to put the player 4 spawn right on a weapon tile. :x

This for the battles and the second stage of the Expert League (not the pipe one and not Electric Final). That has great Rayman 2-esque graphics and a beautiful machine and nature hybrid scene in it. Plus, it's a lot of fun to play.

But basically, I like each stage equally for different reasons.

A wild idea I had when I was a kid - a Rayman 2 updated version with bonus levels using the same graphics as the stages from Rayman M. To this day I think this was a pretty good idea but a Rulez can dream.

I don't know if I told this before but these are my favourite arenas in Battle mode:

Spellbound Forest, Rise & Shrine, Gemstone Temple, Shadow Plains and Forgotten Dungeons.

My favourite tracks in Race mode:

Zenith Harbour, Nebulous Tower, Treasure Ship, Pipe Maze and Electric Final.
