Rayman fights robots in Rayman Raving Rabbids 2, in the FPS games, like in the first game of the series. There are some robot spiders, and a boss, the Rabbinator.

And Rayman fights robots in an Raving Rabbids DS too. There are battle robots use by the Rabbids, and a mechanic boss.

And i think that there is only ONE handheld Rayman Raving Rabbids game that doesn't include robots, and that is Rayman Raving Rabbids 2. Since there are robots in the Child world and there is a Big Rabbit Robot at the end of RRR GBA, then it doesn't count as that; and as you said, there are robots in RRR DS. And there is no other RRR handheld games ( double checked on RayWiki ).
