TeensieDork, I don't either, I totally support it, but I was stating it's annoying when completely obscure and irrelevant speculations are made. Seriously, if one more person relates Spyro to Rayman I'm going to flip. I don't know Spyro incredibly well (I know some stuff), and though I've never played it and only seen videos here and there, he has absolutely nothing to do with Rayman, and I don't understand why the developers of a Rayman game would even reference or look over there.

I usually like to play as Rayman, though said ginger chick also looks like lots of fun. I do hope the characters aren't the exact same like they were in Origins, and if they are different, that they don't pull a TMNT on us.

Well judging by the look of the ginger chick in the trailer it would be too weird looking if she was running around as fast as the other characters are with that great big heavy axe. Perhaps she'll move slower and have harder-hitting attacks?

Videogames logic, you know. Globox is fat as hell and he can run as fast as Rayman.

In Rayman 3, he can even run faster than Rayman.

Well true, but it doesn't look that weird in the actual game to be seeing him like that...
...On second thought, I just thought of how they could get the new character to not look really weird while running as fast as the rest of the characters. Damn I so stupid. :|

Okay RayFuck :)

Teensies should run faster, although I don't think they'll do it because that would make multiplayer running paths a hell

Please, it's RayFag. :P Get it right fool.
To give my opinions, I like the idea of giving the characters different qualities, such as giving each characters different movement speeds, it'd mean people being left behind even more in Co-Op, but everyone being exactly the same doesn't seem as fun to me.

Or gayfag, since she calls me Rapist, haha. Rayfan totally has a point though, I hate the spyro comparison, even when people go as far as to comparing him with Crash or Sonic.
Anyways it's nice to see Rayman Legends got on the front page now! :D

Then that would mean that Globox would be too slow for Tricky Treasure levels.

Then that would mean that Teensies are to fast for Tricky Treasure. So, Rayman would be the most accurate ccharacter to play as for TT levels.

Michel Ancel was thinking about that, however he decided to let it be like it is now for one simple reason: it's platforming, not fighting. Giving different balances to each character is useless and annoying, and would turn into a pain in the ass at the moment of choosing at the snoring tree (we all have that stupid friend that doesn't decide which character is the most confortable in brawl and takes years to choose a good one). It also would be annoying during certain areas where you have to run; imagine a character who is faster than others and has to wait for them. The same thing would happen with characters with different weights, while some could reach certain high areas by jumping, the others are forced to die by falling on the cliffs. Same thing with overpowered characters, no one would choose the weak ones to fight, specially if the fast (and weak) characters are forced to wait for the heavy (and obviously strong) characters.

Back on-topic, please, there are some dark secrets in the PC that I don't really want to know... :oops2:

Uhm, I'm pretty sure that those toys are not the final product. They don't seem to be made of the same material, and the variation between sizes is too exhagerated, something that is not pretty normal in a "collection". The rabbid for example, isn't it a mcdonald's toy? I dunno, but I think I've seen it before, the Ezio toy is god damn gigantinc, and of course, the Heart is a wooden figure, with a face clearly painted with markers.

I hope these all aren't Wii- U exclusives, I saw a globox toy hiding in there which looked a lot like the macdonalds one... hm...

You haven't played the first three Spyro games?

Nah I'm just kiddin, but you should seriously try the first three! Enter the Dragonfly and A Hero's Tale were pretty meh/bad (In my opinion, and contrary to the general spyro fan-base I enjoyed The Legend of Spyro trilogy.

It's alright, I still highly recommend the original Spyro trilogy, but it's your choice. Now, lets get back on topic.

This has been discussed alot, but a little different this time. Instead of mulling over whether Ubisoft will give Ly and other characters a return, why not think about possible new entrants into the Glade of Dreams? How about a toad-like creature that could attack with it's trongue, including being able to drag enemies back towards it. I would play as that if they gave it a funny swimming animation. I can think of many possibilities for that.

I don't particularly care for the character. Maybe if I have a lot of free time I'll try it out, but probably not. I've played two or three Crash games as well, I wasn't very fond of them either, though they did have some amusing environments.

You mean Yoshi? I think we need fewer Mario gameplay ripoffs. It could work and could be fun, but that's not a very creative stunt for Ubisoft to pull. Perhaps the same mechanic could be applied to something a little more out there.
