Why did you even bring "porpoise" up though? My purposeful grammatical error at least fit the situation.beebo44 wrote:That's to be expected, I'm not quite sure of the situation either.RayFan9876 wrote:I am so confused right now.

Re: Rayman Origins
Ok, now that that's cleared up where were we?
Hey RayFan, got anything to add to my thoughts on the original trailer for RO?

Also, if you look closely at the end of the trailer when Rayman & Globox are fighting Big Mama, when they punch the flies they burst into little circle with faces similar to the Electoon faces in the final product. Do you think this was supposed to be an Electoon re-design, or something new? It seems to...different to be a re-design. Also just before it cuts to the RO title, Globox seems to receive some sort of Gold Medallion. A skull Coin maybe?

Re: Rayman Origins
Not really, but I'll share my thoughts: Not really. In my opinion the environments they have now are much more well put together, and even though I've complained quite a bit about the retail Origins not having a very Raymany feel, I think this trailer, aside from the beginning scene and the scene where Rayman and Globox are running through a silhouette, had even less of it. On top of that, the animations looked like crap compared to the smooth and flowing ones we have now.beebo44 wrote:Hey RayFan, got anything to add to my thoughts on the original trailer for RO?beebo44 wrote:Does anyone else find themselves looking at the original trailer for RO, and wishing THAT game came out instead of the one we got? On the up-wishing-side, it would have been nice to see some of the gameplay elements they had like the helicopter fan.

Re: Rayman Origins
Ah yes, but is there really just one section we can define as being "Raymany"? I mean, if something new is introduced, it can't automatically be "Raymany" can it? It first has to be accepted as a permanent addition. Like bubblization. So even if some of the features you don't agree with were implemented, they may have fallen into the "Raymany" criteria sooner or later.RayFan9876 wrote:Not really, but I'll share my thoughts: Not really. I was moreso referring to the environment; it just didn't look appealing. I'm not sure I understand how your post totally relates to mine though.beebo44 wrote:Ah yes, but is there really just one section we can define as being "Raymany"? If they are, then why do they have completely different feathers, are of different sizes, and one clearly dies while the other turned back into one of the kings?spiraldoor wrote:Does anyone here think these two birds might be the same character?

Spiral is not satisfied with the opinions in the wiki, I guess.

I am too tired to recapitulate the arguments I posted on the talk page. Never mind.

No, not really. Cuz' the first one was bubblized early in the game. Also, normal bird king is not yellow.Mr. Dark Thingamajig wrote:actually, now i think about it, it could be the first phase of the transformation to his full Nightmare formspiraldoor wrote:

I beat the Land of the Livid Dead a while ago, and yesterday my friend came over. (He wanted to play CoD but I bribed him into playing RO) We played tLotLD and it took us 50 minutes to beat it. Best fun I've ever had, and when we won we went crazy and were like,

Re: Rayman Origins
Quite the contrary actually, it was the grannies that did most of the slapping the shit out of things. It was quite difficult, because he was Regular Globox and I was GlobRay, so during tight moments we couldn't tell who was who at times. The Edditaur wrote:So did slapping the shit out of grannies sell the game for him?beebo44 wrote:I beat the Land of the Livid Dead a while ago, and yesterday my friend came over. The Land of the Livid Dead is great fun. I don't normally die until the part with all the fire...there it all goes wrong

Lol, for me it's usually the opposite. I die quite a bit on the first part, but the fire part is quite fun for me.dondu97 wrote:The Land of the Livid Dead is great fun. I don't normally die until the part with all the fire...there it all goes wrong
Re: Rayman Origins
You can sometimes take the first part for granted and die really easily. How do you do the fire level without dying? I find it easy to go through it then die at the checkpoint, so I respawn when the fire's still about to start.beebo44 wrote:Lol, for me it's usually the opposite.
