Re: Rayman Legends
Jano is a character I'd like to see a return of. His appearance in the Gameboy Advance series was lame, though.
Also, I know this is hugely off-topic, but Rayfan, where is that quote in your signature from? I feel the need to have a laugh.

Re: Rayman Legends
Jano would make a really good bad guy actually. Like an ampliation of the bad guy who didn't finally get to eat you, although he wanted. Now my mind has changed, maybe because I wrote those posts in the night. Mr Dark would be a nice return, although, as stated before, I still prefer a new character. Or Razorbeard, he's my favorite because my first game ever was Rayman 2 (
). And I was thinking that, if nothing proves me wrong, the Magician in RO could be a different one than the R1 Magician given his radically different appearance? Teensies have many magic people after all...

Re: Rayman Legends
Pretty sure he was intended to be The Magician, people's personalities can change a massive amount in such a small space of time, y'know? Besides, sometimes you need some betrayal and heartbreak in a game series. Not saying that Origins necessarily pulled it off fantastically, but still. People can change. He changed into a corrupted Mr Dark fanboy. Oh well...TeensieKing wrote:Jano would make a really good bad guy actually. Why? What he did in R3 GBA was almost exactly the same as what he did in Rayman 2. I also like the part where Rayman interrogates him.RayTunes wrote:Jano is a character I'd like to see a return of. His appearance in the Gameboy Advance series was lame, though.

Re: Rayman Legends
TK, he's the magician, the manual confirms it. If you were right... then... this teensy is pretending to be the Magician...who at the same time is pretending to be Mr Dark? geez... Don't make spiraldoor angry

Kill me, I don't care if you don't
Well, I only downloaded the game so I don't know what the manual confirms or not. I just hope there are no betrayal in RL

And it was not my intention to incarnate as Camões.spiraldoor wrote:That was strangely poetic.Haruka wrote:Reflux can rest close to Leptys, and André being flying around as a Red Lum, all happy.
At least he was killed by Rayman's own fists in the Game Boy Color version. But since this is a spin-off and not a canon game... *shrugs*sergiomonty wrote:I'm pretty sure that Mr Dark is dead... I can't imagine him returning.
That's right, Jano equally attacked Rayman like in Rayman 2. I also especially like the part where Rayman confronts Jano to get more informations about the Black Lum (the suppoused André) and Globox.spiraldoor wrote:Why? Re: Rayman Legends
The game wasn’t very definitive about Mr Dark’s supposed death. He sort of dissolved. They could easily bring him back, even accepting R1 GBC as canon.Haruka wrote:At least he was killed by Rayman's own fists in the Game Boy Color version. Re: Rayman Legends
It is possible, yes. That kinda happens with Rayman Hoodlums Revenge: André's spirit possesses Globox's body. Mr. Dark also became a spirit in GBC so he could easily return to a new body or his original body somehow.

Re: Rayman Legends
If Protobunnies are not gonna return i would at least like if the new enemy would also be conflicting. You know, enemies who were good once but became evil because they were bullied or something. Pure evil enemies can also be great but theyre often very easily hatable. There are two kinds of baddies, conflicting or pure evil. Will see what kind there will be in RL.

The Magician was conflicting, y'know. Besides, I find the pure bad guys are much more lovable... Then again I always do like the bad guys more than the good guys.Mammothphant 2 wrote:If Protobunnies are not gonna return i would at least like if the new enemy would also be conflicting. I think that boon was a bit unnecessary - we don't want to make him feel unwanted for every post he makes.

Eh, true. I'm not really one to light-heartedly joke over others, or however it could be put, so I don't really know the limits. Guess I'll be keeping that in mind for next time... Or just not post when someone says something a bit dumb next time.RayFan9876 wrote:I think that boon was a bit unnecessary - we don't want to make him feel unwanted for every post he makes.
