I don't want buy wii u. It's peace of.. erm.. so, you know. Especially for one game..
I bought PS3 because it has more and many interesting for me games. Wii, 3DS and Wii U - not. 3-4 games max, it's not enought. So, I nin-hater, yes

Honestly I start to wonder if I did well buying the PS3 in October.

only two new games for Vita on E3 - wtf?! Some people want to sell their Vita then.
Re: Rayman Legends
Vita's only interesting game is RO, but still... just to have access to the mosaics, no thank you.
Maybe in the meantime, Wii U will get more interesting games.

Vita has beatiful Gravity Rush, Uncharted, Escape plan and other good games and will more, I sure
Re: Rayman Legends
I believe on you when it comes about Uncharted, but those aren't my types of games.
I already know that Nintendo manages to get the games of my interests.
Now concerning PS3, the number of games I want for it isn't big.

So am I.Haruka wrote:Honestly I start to wonder if I did well buying the PS3 in October.
I bought a PS3 purely for the reason Rayman Origins wasn't coming to PC at the time. I don't want to repeat this behavior. Just think of all the money you would be wasting if you did that to every game you liked but didn't have the proper system to play it with?
I'm probably much better off going for a successor of PS3, assuming it'll have the same features of PS3 and more.
Re: Rayman Legends
I admit that the biggest reason I bought the PS3 was to play the Rayman Origins game I won with the Ubisoft contest, in HD. I would have the game for Wii at the same time, but I couldn't help thinking that with the kind of graphics that the game had, it would be kinda bad not being able to fully enjoy it in HD. With the PS3 I could finally be able to get a Blu-Ray reader in my bedroom, since the only one we have was one of the first ones of the market and even needed a Firmware update to be able to read Avatar. The PS3 gaming catalogue was more satisfactory than in the previous years too.
But really, I don't know... I wasn't also expecting a PC port so quickly (but I would have issues anyway, since there's the 4:3/5:4 glitch in Playing in the Shade and Hunter Gatherer levels) and so far the 3DS version looks terrible. It doesn't help also the fact I bought two consoles only in 2011: the 3DS and the PS3 itself.

Re: Rayman Legends
It is possible that Rayman Legends is going to be in PS3.
Re: Rayman Legends
With Murfy's touchscreen interaction I doubt. Ubisoft would have to delete him or making a great adaptation.

Re: Rayman Legends
Maybe with PSMove and Murphy as a cursor? For Microsoft, however, it's completely possible right now. Smart Glass, my friends, Smart Glass.
Re: Rayman Legends
PC? Maaaybe. But who plays a PC game in an offline Co-op fashion? It's everything but convenient.
Sergio sneaked a post on me: PSMove/Kinect is probably the best suggestion somebody made yet, but it will be difficult to aim, or there must be a cursor on the screen.

Actually, me and my brother were planning on plugging in a game pad into our upstairs computer at some point just to do soSpanex wrote: But who plays a PC game in an offline Co-op fashion?

Re: Rayman Legends
I'm not suggesting Kinect, I'm talking about SmartGlass, the new control for Xbox 360 with a touchscreen. It's basically like a Wii U gamepad. However, yes, it could be difficult to aim for the PSMove version.Spanex wrote:PC? Maaaybe. But who plays a PC game in an offline Co-op fashion? It's everything but convenient.

Re: Rayman Legends
I bought a PS2 just for Rayman Revolution in summer 2009.
And i bought a Wii for Rayman Origins in the end of December, because i thought the PC version wouldnt come. I know i havent told this before, because i was ashamed to tell it. The PC version came after all, but my Wii isnt completely useless. I bought Super Smash Bros Brawl and Super Mario Galaxy 2. They are great games for Wii.
But im not getting a Wii U, i dont even have space for another console.

Re: Rayman Legends
Isn't the screen impossibly tiny for that? Or do you have it plugged to a TV?Electoon wrote:Actually, me and my brother were planning on plugging in a game pad into our upstairs computer at some point just to do soSpanex wrote: But who plays a PC game in an offline Co-op fashion?

Oops, my bad. You did mention PSmove, so I assumed move-oriented controllers in general.sergiomonty wrote:I'm not suggesting Kinect, I'm talking about SmartGlass, the new control for Xbox 360 with a touchscreen. Re: Rayman Legends
That's funny, I bought a PS2 in February of that year after a big price cut of the console. Like this I could start buying some titles, aswell Rayman titles.Mammothphant 2 wrote:I bought a PS2 just for Rayman Revolution in summer 2009.
Re: Rayman Legends
Origins sold almost double on Ps3 than it did on the wii, which is weird since wii is the home for platformers, but I guess alot of those who grew up with rayman started with him on the playstation like me, it would be really weird buying a main rayman game on another console since Ive always bought them for PlayStation first
Re: Rayman Legends
Nope, the game actually comes up in better defined resolution on the monitor then it does on the TV with the Wii versionSpanex wrote:
