Ah, tbh I don't know the name of it, I found it on Tumblr under the GLaDOS tag. It apparently means "This next test is impossible"

I looked it up and you are right - it does mean "This test is impossible." in Gallifreyan. Now... time to mess around with my newly-acquired linguistic asset - the words of the Time Lords...

Yeah I just found the diagram on Tumblr and decided after you post to look it up, never did think of a phrase that made a diagram as ...well beautiful as the one in my sig. I would try again if I didn't already delete the translator I found.
