Didn't you see the drawing I made? Ah, well, you were probably in a hurry! ^^
Don't worry about it, RayFan usually rolls over posts when she's busy, sorta like this one:
beebo44 wrote:Speaking of level design, RayFan are you still going to use my drawing of Mount Kollapso as the base for it's design?
And if you were wondering, yes, I did use your post as an excuse to quote my other post. :mrgreen:

Haha, you're right, she skipped over that one too :P
Great strategy for drawing attention to your previous posts by the way :wink:

EDIT:
Wow, what timing, Shrooblord. Let me quote Beebo in order to prevent confusion.

Ach, wat fijn dat er meteen iemand die Nederlands spreekt tegenaan loopt :)

(Maar oké, oké, ik ga wel weer Engels praten hoor)

Yeah, I only meant it informatively, Rulez. Don't take it like one of those nosy comments of "oh you don't know what the hell you're doing" 'cause it wasn't one of those.

Also, I appologise to anyone coming here, expecting to find some more lovely news about the game. I tricked you into reading this post instead.

@Beebo:
What drawing was that? Can you repost it?

@Decidetto:
Very nice concept! I'll consider it.

Also, there are a lot of Dutch members here. In fact, aside from English and French, Dutch will be the game's third important language. I myself know a little Dutch. Not a lot, but a some.

I suck ass at slang, but I'm guessing that means 'bitches like [that]' or something.

Quite a literal transaltion of "Bitch please!" :P
(So, does that mean he wants you to say something in Dutch? I suck ass at English slang :P)

Yes, that way you kinda sound like one :P
It was, however, completely correct, but "well" should be without the last "l" :bigup: (Though whether this sentence would be something to be proud of... ;P)

EDIT: Derp. You probably intended "well" to still be read in English :P Some apostrophes would help with that :bad:

I think the appropriate thing to say before posting a response to that would be 'uitdaging geaccepteerd!'

I'll re-post it, but probably not today. My computer recently repeatedly fucked up so we had to keep fixing it, meaning that my old hard disk is now corrupt and unsalvageable.

Too bad: I had that problem too. I wanna see the drawing as well in fact! It could give some ideas (that's the point of it, I suppose...).

Is that an enemi drawing or something?

I think I'll repost all the sketches I've done based on this game (which is about 3 XD), but this time I'll upload them to a website that doesn't erase what you upload after 30 days. In fact, I'll get to setting up my printer for my comp (haven't done that yet) so that I can upload them ASAP.

EDIT: So I finished scanning these through bout an hour ago, just forgot to post them. Here:

http://i1121.photobucket.com/albums/l51 ... img001.jpg
Rayman in Dream Forest Depths, with Dark Rayman sneaking up on him at night.

http://i1121.photobucket.com/albums/l51 ... img002.jpg
Mount Kollapso, note that Rayman's feet and the right side of the mountain got cut off due to printer size. (I draw on A3.) Also, I could not for the life of me fix up Rayman's right hand here.

http://i1121.photobucket.com/albums/l51 ... img004.jpg
Finally, RayFan, remember a few months ago when I asked you about the life system for your game, and I told you I had a good idea for a Game Over screen if you decided on limited lives? Well this is it. Again, multiple parts of the image got cut off, but I think you get the main idea.

Any criticism/comments accepted, good or bad.

EDIT2: The post has now been fixed up. Hope no-one saw the mess it was before...
