I liked the old one better too, though it's really necessary today to have a small, distinguishable, compact logo that can be printed in almost any form. So in that sense, I see great reason for them to have changed their logo.

Tss, practicality suffices over nostalgia.

I have a highly nostalgic mind as well, - in fact, I just bought a NES and a SNES two days ago - but again, this is moving forward, and it wouldn't be nostalgic if it hadn't changed.

I admit yes, I also prefer the old Ubi logo. But in today's world, it just doesn't fit trends, and Ubi needs to look "up-to-date" if average consumers of today are to take them seriously.

Let's not have another conversation about which logo is better. Last debate about this turned out to be the most incredibly retarded conversation I've ever seen on this forum.

The only thing I can say about the two logos is that I really liked the games made by the 'rainbow Ubi Soft' and usually only so-so like the games made by the 'twirly spiral Ubisoft' (in comparisson). This isn't generally a rule, but just something I find being true most of the time. For the rest, I myself really liked the rainbow logo, but the twirly one has grown on me now. It looks modern and has some symbols in it that I like. It reminds me of those glass eye things you could see in Rayman 2's Pirate structures a lot of the time.
