I'll be honest, Paris doesn't actually visually look that great to me. The colours and architecture don't seem to appeal in the day nearly as well as they do in the night. I seem to recall a lot of yellows and greys. It was nice, don't get me wrong, but it underblew my expectations. The Eiffel Tower almost seemed like it was in the wrong city, instead of being in the beautiful, romantic, contrasted and renowned city that I pictured the Paris to be. Maybe I wasn't there at a good time or something.

I think Paris would be better without its inhabitants.

The Eiffel Tower would be one of the obligatory things I would have to visit if I was in Paris, along with the Notre Dame Cathedral.

If possible I would also see the Louvre museum, but I heard that to really see everything you need one week :boon: ! I also know that it takes an eternity to enter in the building with the huge lines that tourists make.

So, less than a week left until I'm leaving to the furthest place from home. Excited and scared at the same time.

Where have you been ? As you without a doubt noticed, Paris is huge, maybe you just didn't see the nicest places.
