Re: Rayman 1
I also am disappointed that this didn't work, but at least I tried out since no one tested this with the Inspector Gadget game.

Good luck with the demon fish! Damn one-toother monster!
Re: Rayman 1
Aagh, I hate that level so much! And it's one of the only ones I need to replay right now to get the remaining Electoons....
Re: Rayman 1
When you guys know the behaviour of the sabertooth shark he's nothing from other world. What I usually do is being ducked a little more to the right side of the ball instead of the center to avoid the arc-jump (it does works) or running while jumping, but this one is trickier.

DEMON FISH!? I have only reached the part where you have to jump in balls that are floating in the water... :SShrooblord wrote:Good luck with the demon fish! Damn one-toother monster!

A top High-Score in Rayman 3, and no worry at Eat at Joe, at 11 years?
Truly remarkable.

Re: Rayman 1
It was a mixture in honesty, I do genuinely find it remarkable that an 11 year old is one of the best Rayman 3 players out there.RayFan9876 wrote:I hope that was sarcasm.Master4lyf1 wrote:You are a remarkable being.Rayman502 wrote:Good luck. As for lacking terror at Eat at Joes, that was me just being a bit cheeky.
EDIT: Funnily enough, this was my 3000th post.

Re: Rayman 1
Really? I got 720,000 in Rayman 3 when I was 9-10, and I beat Rayman when I was 4. I had assumed that was a little more common.

Nope, at the age of 15, my crowning achievement is the first completion of Rayman 1 AND an R3 score of 420,000 approx.RayFan9876 wrote:Really? I got 720,000 in Rayman 3 when I was 9-10, and I beat Rayman when I was 4. I had assumed that was a little more common.
Sucks to have my gaming skills I guess.
Re: Rayman 1
Well, when I was around 10 I could barely get into the Band Lands and couldn't get any further on in the game. 10 years on, I tried Rayman again - confidently making it to the Band Lands but failing to progress from there. Confession - I resorted the 99 lives cheat to beat the game. For shame
As for Rayman 3 - 200,000+ is my best so far.

How about we drop the topic and move onto another subject of discussion?RayFan9876 wrote:Well, this puts me in a minimally awkward situation!

Well, Rayman 3 and Rayman 1 in tandem, but yes, R1 was part of the discussion.RayFan9876 wrote:We actually were talking about Rayman 1 though, weren't we?Rayman502 wrote:Lets talk about Rayman 1 instead of this.
I wonder if Ubi will ever make a HD remake of the first game, not a change in art style, but to have the current graphics redrawn with better resolution.
