There's a Lockjaw Can above one of the baloons before the section with ladder and Heavy Metal Fist door, you must pass the Red Can and Green Can which is kinda tricky but you can easily beat the level after that, because Lockjaw Can lasts longer.

What I wanted was RayRobi's answer, but he missed one detail involving how to get lockjaw to appear from the piggybank.
I'm going to skip this question.

He can shoot them onto some glue on the wall, then they stick onto the wall, and Rayman can grab them to get higher.
