I guess you could say that. I'm 'kinda' new with Rayman.Haruka wrote:I'm with Rayman for 12 years: in other words since the Summer of 2000. Maybe the problem is really that: veteran Rayman fans prefer the older games, while the new ones don't see any issue in RO.

I've been with Rayman for longer than you?Haruka wrote:I'm with Rayman for 12 years: in other words since the Summer of 2000. Maybe the problem is really that: veteran Rayman fans prefer the older games, while the new ones don't see any issue in RO.
Re: Rayman Origins
Well, I only met him at my 8 years old, thanks to an ex-neighbour. I don't really remind to see Rayman before, I also hadn't contact with Playstations before or otherwise I would probably have met Rayman earlier.
Re: Rayman Origins
I was at least 7 years old when I found out about Rayman. It was my birthday and my brother got Rayman 2 (for iOS) and my parents got me Rayman Raving Rabbids (Mac OS X). I liked Rayman Raving Rabbids the most (Until I found out about the Rayman Raving Rabbids prototype). Well...that was a mouth full .Haruka wrote:Well, I only met him at my 8 years old, thanks to an ex-neighbour. So your wondering how long I've known about Rayman...well if I had to estimate...maybe 2009. The reason why I didn't know about it longer I because I was born in 2001. So thats how long I've known about Rayman. I am 'kinda' new to Rayman as I said in my last post.

Re: Rayman Origins
Sadly you met Rayman in what I would call "the dark era", where Rayman was being overshadowed by the Rabbids and the fan community was starting to lose hopes about his future.
You should play the PC version of R2, and if you get the chance of playing in a real Dreamcast, it is even better. It isn't a bad idea trying out too the PS1 and PS2 versions due to their significant differences.

Actually I forgot one thing...I own the PC version of R2 cause I have the 10th anniversary pack.Haruka wrote:Sadly you met Rayman in what I would call "the dark era", where Rayman was being overshadowed by the Rabbids and the fan community was starting to lose hopes about his future.

Even Michel Ancel confessed that he hates digital "analog sticks" used for iOS games...

It is funny how I'm not the only one complaining about the iOS controls. *Hugs Sergio*
