Is this a good fancharacter?

Ice Rayman, is he a good fancharacter? He was created for evil purposes by Mr Dark, but he did not agree on being evil, so he escaped, and ended up being Rayman's pal, who helped him trough some complicated situations, during the time of Rayman 1. He has ice powers, and his full name is Icie the Ice, or just Icie, or Icy, if you want to spell it like that. He is a nudist, wearing only a pair of gloves, shoes and a scarf, this was because it was, well, some pretty good humor in there, it was not made to be perverted, and came from the fact that he didn't want to wear the evil outfit, besides, he's a non-human (And I draw no anatomy on him). He has the tendation to leak out ice like liquid from his body while scared, this being Icicie, the liquid that creates ice material in his body. He began as shy, now he has some more courage, he isn't perfect, however, like I said, he has some heavy flaws here and there. Well, from your opinion, is he interesting enough? Is he good, he's like a Rayman with blue hair, black skin and some blue-ish gloves, totally blue shoes, too, cause, he's a clone, like Dark Rayman. He never changed his shoe design and never got a hoodie, though, unlike in the Origins mod.

I like it, I just find it strange that he has black skin, considering he's of a cold/ice kind.
