I'm still having trouble puting in the picture for edit signature,can someone like give me directions so I can basicly understand.I know where to go to,but the thing is I don't know how to edit the picture to be in the signature.

Ah, it's signature... go to user control panel, then click "profile", then "edit signature" and add text or pic there.

Since you asked nicely,
You'll need to upload an image from your computer to an image uploading site, such as PostImage, choose your signature for uploading, then upload, once done, copy the direct link to the clipboard.
Now go into User Control Panel, then click "profile", then "edit signature," paste the link inside img tags, like so:

Save, and you should have a working sig.
