ikke, Xenon's advice is a good one. I've been in a similar situation myself - except it wasn't just some other guy; it was one of my closest friends who stole my girlfriend from me. That's rough, I can tell you that, but the best thing you can do is try to get over it. And I know you won't be able to do that instantly - I've been in the same position as you, my boy, but some day, sooner or later, you'll wake up and have forgotten all about it. Maybe occassionally it will haunt you for a bit, but only for a moment.
Keep your head up and think of all the wonderful things that are the world around you.

- I got a phone call from an employee for my mother's company today dedicated to bashing my transgenderedness. He somehow managed to inexplicably tie in "transgenders being a god damn fucking disgrace to niggers like himself." He called my home the "forsaken transgender palace" and said "I'm living in a bullshit dream world." He then proceeded to claim I should either kill myself or be killed for this and started rambling on into total nonsense I couldn't even understand. So I called the police and he's probably going to jail.

You know what's funny? He isn't even black, he's a very light-brown-skinned Hispanic. Sure, people have opinions, but the part that really threw me was the fact that he wasn't even fucking remotely black, which in a way I found even more insulting than his gross idiocy toward my condition.
