Re: Rayman Legends
I hadn't the sound turned on when I saw the video, but thanks anyway.
Does this means that Shadow versions of the other characters appear?

Re: Rayman Legends
No idea, but probably not since there was no note of it in the video.
Also, in case you didn't see, I edited the translations into the post on the previous page.

Re: Rayman Legends
Referring to the discussion on the Magician from the previous page, I believe that the Magician in RO is the same as in Rayman 1, I don't think I could prove it, but I don't think the inverse can really be proven either. I admit, I actually like the fact that the Magician turned evil, not exactly sure why such a change would have my approval, but I do genuinely like that twist.
Re: Rayman Legends
While it might be a coincidence, it isn't curious how the Magician never appears at the same time as Mr. Dark? Both also wear identical shoes. Mr. Dark has visible eyes, while the Magician hasn't. Both can use magic. Rayman Origins tried to make Rayman the only limbless being, while Livingstones, Hunters, Darktoons and Betilla earned limbs.

Re: Rayman Legends
Well...
They did appear together on screen in Rayman Junior, but I wouldn't say those games are canon, so who knows?

Re: Rayman Legends
I'm excluding Rayman Junior in here. Unfortunately I dislike the video quality of the game. It feels like MSPaint copy paste.

Re: Rayman Legends
Just saw Nintendo Direct, it's obvious I am very late here. But the thing that made me so freaking happy:

I seriously hope this is true, I apoligise, I know this should probably be mentioned in a Nintendo related topic, however since Nintendo direct was brung up here I just wanted to quickly share my thoughts of how excited I am! This really made my day.
But anyways, my birthday is next week, so you can expect me to pre-order Legends, no doubt!

Re: Rayman Legends
I heard about that as well, interesting.
Seems like Ninty are on track to bring quality software to the Wii U.
Though still no sign of Metroid.

Re: Rayman Legends
Those are great news for Zelda fans!
I still need to grab a Wind Waker copy on GameCube when I have the chance.

Hey there, fellow Metroid fanMaster4lyf1 wrote:Though still no sign of Metroid.
I once borrowed Wind Waker from a friend and I would love to replay it, but our Wii broke and now we only have a Wii U. So this is great news!

Re: Rayman Legends
I'm just leaving this here...

Shall I remind you that the "mysterious game developed by retro" hasn't been shown yet? they're keeping the best part for the E3Master4lyf1 wrote:I heard about that as well, interesting.

Re: Rayman Legends
After Wii U was released...

Then suddenly...

HOLY SHIT LOOK AT ALL THE GAMES. For a moment I thought Wii U isn't gonna succeed due to the lack of games.

Lets hope that the next E3 rewards the lack of enthusiasm of last year.

Re: Rayman Legends
Ah, yes. I completely forgot about Retro and their little project brewing away with the care of their devs.
But, it looks like there's suddenly alot more to look forward to on Nintys part.

Re: Rayman Legends
The only good parts of the last E3 were miyamoto's intro and when reggie's body was ready again.
Re: Rayman Legends
Its too early to think in that about a console that is less than 2 months old.GNineify wrote:For a moment I thought Wii U isn't gonna succeed due to the lack of games.

That's a pretty neat cinemagraph, but the loop is completely damn annoying.GNineify wrote:![]()
