Rayman 2, Rap artists, and half-naked women. Just take it all in for a second. WOW! That is the problem with tie-in videos for any sort of video game, THEY MAKE NO COHERENT SENSE AND SEEM AS EXACTLY WHAT THEY REALLY ARE, COMMERCIALLY APPEALING ASPECTS TO PERSUADE ONE INTO PURCHASING THE GAME! Advertising 101. In all seriousness, that was pretty neat to see. What exactly was the history behind the video though? Was it some sort of bonus content in a Ubisoft promotional VHS at the time, or some sort of advertisement? Did it ever reach the Americas?

Few is known about this. I think it was a contract that Royal V and Ubisoft did together back in 1999, to promote Rayman 2: The Great Escape. They released an album with a bonus music that was dedicated to Rayman 2, as the lyrics and the cover tell. I think it got commercialized in very few countries, now which ones I'm not really sure.

I remember the actual release being from Germany but sounds like this was also a French doing (considering the original is about King Louis XVI!), Kadah has a LinkedIn page:

Is the reason why this isn't on the Wiki is because of the lack of solid information? Can I see the final cut of the video someplace on Youtube? The song has a somewhat catchy riff, but in whole I agree with Cairnie, it makes me cringe.

i have the n64 as you all know i fond out the 2 rayman,s on the pc version thingy also work,s on n64 ( the two rayman,s part at least sorry no big health bar ) i made a funny joke with my brother that rayman had a retarded twin ( he just walks into a wall nothing more the 2nd rayman ) we had our selves a good chuckle another thing about me is i like to experiment with game program errors more commonly known as glichies

Having this in the PC version would be excellent for taking reference images from all the possibly useful angles (front, back, side, top, 3/4th, bottom), depending on where the model spawned.

I experienced a similar glitch, only the clone Rayman was swimming, not running. It happened in Whale Bay in one of the shallow water parts.

The funniest glitch I've ever had was after being Foutch and in almost the whole path to pick the third mask, Rayman was with eyes closed and with opened mouth, smiling all happily. I laughed like, 5 minutes?
