IF by all stage you mean by unlocking all levels or somewhat like that.
There is a purpose.
For example: Some person went through a lot of hell to beat the PS1 version of Rayman then the disc Convence supooku in 'other words' breaks down.
As time pass the same person is shopping at a store and decided to get the Gba version of Rayman. He proballs doesn't want to do ALL that again. even with increased difficulty it's not like the Gba version is Super easy.
Sure it's easier but it's still hard.
Why would you want to save it if you can just recall that state of the game any time you want by re-entering the cheat? The save feature is meant to save your progress, but as, with the cheat, you skip progress to the point where there is no more (the game is complete), there's nothing left you really need to save, so why should you?

I'm cursed at Picture City and The caves of Skops (Discluding the boss fight) on the Gameboy Advance it's easier but it's still hard. And yet, I still end up cursed somehow.
I like how everyone completely missed out on what dk was trying to say; she's 'cursed' because she can't enjoy victory. At least, she's wondering whether she's got a curse that makes her so. She's not complaining about not winning.
Then again, I can't be sure what else she might have been playing at - I can only see what she said in the quote in RAPS2's post.
no i can win fair at r1 easey and at many other things as well it,s just i feel empty inside it never feel,s good if and when i do win at well any thing that,s why i wonder if and why i might be cursed i am victorous with no cheating always when i do win it makes me feel bad do you get what i am saying

I do understand now.
Can you try to improve your spelling? It's dificult to fix it for you via quote.
I'm running Rayman in DOSBox version 0.74, but when it starts up and during gameplay there are sound effects, but no music. Do I need to tinker with the SoundBlaster settings or do I need to insert my CD copy of the game?

Nope, the original Rayman for MS-DOS. I have the actual disc, but for convenience, I downloaded a RAR file of it. But I forgot, Windows 7 doesn't natively run DOS like XP did, so I installed DOSBox and got the game running. There is no music though, I was asking if there was anything I needed to reconfigure to properly run it.
It took over 2 and a half hours to download, but it is finally installed and works great! Now if only I could get a traditional gamepad working with it, has anyone here used a USB gamepad for R1, and if so what was it?
