Re: Rayman Mega Patch
New Update available. Check first post!
[hr]
And Haruka, and just read that your are planning to record a Walkthrough for Rayman by his Fans. That's why I was up the whole night to fix the speed issue in Rayman by his Fans (I mean the Menu was a bit too slow). Are you than recording from an older PC or will you use my version?

Re: Rayman Mega Patch
I also noticed that the menu in there was slightly slower than the others but I thought it could be a normal thing, but afterall it doesn't seem to. I was about to record with the normal DOSBox emulation like I did for R1, Rayman Designer and R60L. But thanks to your patch with OpenGL support, I can not only record through FRAPS (I was doing before with Hypercam 2) but no speed issues.
So of course, I'll use your patch!
EDIT: Omar, there's a typo in the patch setup. "Fançais". And when I set up the frequency to 60 in R60L and RFan the game gets very fast in-game. If I change to 50, I don't think its perfect speed. I count almost 1,25 seconds in the clock.

Re: Rayman Mega Patch
So you say that this problem appears only in the French version?Haruka wrote:EDIT: Omar, there's a typo in the patch setup. "Fançais". Re: Rayman Mega Patch
Wait, you are misunderstanding.
The typo I'm talking about is when you execute the Mega Patch installer.
The speed problem is a completely different issue, and its from the English version.

OK. Did the speed work before you installed v1.12 ?Haruka wrote:Wait, you are misunderstanding.

Re: Rayman Mega Patch
I think so, except that the menu in By His Fans was slightly slower than the others.
It isn't possible to do updates for real in the patch? Its a bit annoying having to copy-paste the serial the whole time.

Re: Rayman Mega Patch
Haruka I'm very sorry! I don't find something wrong on my copy. Please uninstall Rayman and reinstall my newest file on first post. Tell me if you still get problems.
Re: Rayman Mega Patch
This is the typo I was talking about during setup.

Which, for sake of clarity, should of course say "Français" with the r.

You're German, right? Google Translate knows what a typo is:

You highlight the translated word and click it like so:
Re: Rayman Mega Patch
Omar, can you tell me where it is located the executable file of Rayman Mapper? Just to make sure of something.

Re: Rayman Mega Patch
I'll do the tests later, thanks.
Re: Rayman Mega Patch
Rayman 1, Mapper and Rayman 60 Levels: Perfect when working at 60 Frequency
Rayman Designer and Rayman By His Fans: Superfast when running with 60 Frequency. Slightly slow with 50 Frequency (the clock changes the algarism at around 1 second and a half).

Can you tell me what resolutions and frequencies your monitor supports?Haruka wrote:Rayman 1, Mapper and Rayman 60 Levels: Perfect when working at 60 Frequency

It can't be that Rayman 1 and the 60 Levels work but Designer and by his fans not. I generated the cfg file for all the same. But I'll give a try and regenerate the cfg file and send it to you.
Re: Rayman Mega Patch
I actually meant numerical digit, I just checked Wikipedia.Shrooblord wrote:Did you maybe mean algorithm?Haruka wrote:algarism

I'm not at my desktop computer but its display is an ASUS PG191.emshomar wrote:Can you tell me what resolutions and frequencies your monitor supports?Haruka wrote:Rayman 1, Mapper and Rayman 60 Levels: Perfect when working at 60 Frequency
