Re: Rayman Legends
It would, yes.
Re: Rayman Legends
Wait. Basically, there would be no Rayman if there was no Polokus. Polokus did put the Nymphs and Rayman and everything else in the Glade. But if there is no Polokus, there would be no Nymphs, which means no Betilla, which also means no Rayman. So there would be absolutely nothing

Re: Rayman Legends
So essentially, summing up your post "no Rayman = no Rayman"
I believe you're quite correct.

It's more like Polokus leaves the Glade forever rather than never having existed.Minor-T5 wrote:Wait. Basically, there would be no Rayman if there was no Polokus. I know, but I'm just making a point.
Re: Rayman Legends
What makes you say this? He had little involvement in Rayman 3 but that turned out to be just as good as the previous games, and the developers still managed to incorporate the same Rayman magic.Minor-T5 wrote:It would be sad to see Ancel leave Rayman
Really, I couldn't imagine Rayman without him.

Re: Rayman Legends
R3 was, in my opinion, far, far more atmospheric than RO, so it's not like Ancel's presence guarantees certain traits of a game.

Yet, the thought of Rayman without Michel scares me.Xenon wrote:What makes you say this? Re: Rayman Legends
No. Rayman 2 feels MUCH more magical, and is far better than Rayman 3. R3 is good, but R2 is simply uber.Xenon wrote:What makes you say this? I must be the only one around here that thinks that Origins was still a superb game...

I think that too.sergiomonty wrote:I must be the only one around here that thinks that Origins was still a superb game...

Oh, I think it's the tits! In my book it's up there wrestling with 2 over the title of champion, and it looks like Legends might join the match before it even has a chance to end!sergiomonty wrote:I must be the only one around here that thinks that Origins was still a superb game...

Re: Rayman Legends
As a gamer, I think Rayman Origins is a pretty darn good game, it's fun while it lasts and I don't mind dropping in when any of my siblings play.
My issues mostly lie with the Rayman side of things.

Re: Rayman Legends
yeah i don,t like the lack of interaction as well as the simple story
Re: Rayman Legends
For you having an idea, I beated RO at 100% three times and I don't feel interested for now to start it again. I also got tired of the co-op.

Re: Rayman Legends
Oh god no, this would certainly be something to fear, but I have high hopes it'll never happen.Haruka wrote:You're right, but as long Ubisoft wouldn't make Rayman to go to the same path as Crash Bandicoot and Spyro...
Edit: Origins certainly was a superb game, however as Haruka said after 2-3 100% playthroughs, the game gets tiring, it's a fun game, I can still play it, but I don't think it matches up towards the original trilogy.
